Went there for paint and the employee Eliana working the paint desk was very helpful and knew her stuff. I even noticed her greetting other customers consistently. Would come back again.

This is the worst home Depot experience of all the home depots in America that I've ever been to. Unaccommodating, unknowledged, staffed with teenagers, and managers that have no people skills. I pray I never need another thing from this terrible location. Not even going to waste my time explaining the nonsense I went through, and I was only making a $1,200 purchase. The day is March the 20th The time is 7:02 p.m. The manager on staff is absolutely ridiculous. Do not know what home Depot was doing putting this individual in charge of anybody or anything. The staff has no knowledge of anything or any how to or any will to. I am a pro member of many many years. I spent a ton of money with home Depot. I will be taking that business elsewhere anytime it is possible from now on. If negative stars were available I would put as many as were available

Normally love this location, but staff were terrible today. My mom was trying to locate a product and while I understand being new or not understanding what a customer wants, the guy didnt ask anyone else for help he just told my mom “I dont know” and walked away. Then at the paint counter Net was rude as hell. Three of us in line, I was at the front and she skipped me to help the guy who came last even though the 2nd lady told her I was first. I waited bc she just walked away to help the man instead. Once she was done with him, she was ready to skip me AGAIN despite me being front and center in front of her at the paint counter! The other customer reiterated it was MY turn & when I told her what I wanted & what brand & sheen, She told me the paint I was trying to buy is expensive (it was a few dollars more than the cheapest one?) & I told her I’m AWARE of the price, but thats the color and brand want. I still had to tell her 2 more times what my order was (literally only 2 colors) & she STILL got the amount wrong. The entire ordeal took an hour when normally I’m in & out in a few minutes once its my turn. It was like she was ONLY ignoring me though, even the other customer noticed the way she just walked away from me to help someone else & ignored me. Idk, normally this place is great.

Customers are a bit carefree when putting back items. There are things out of place constantly. This is definitely not the employees or managements fault. Employees are very professional and courteous. They sometimes seem short staffed. But that doesn't change their friendliness. Great teamwork and training. Management has lots to do with this. I will be back soon.
