We had a frustrating day today as we received our online order from Home Depot for a Westinghouse Power Washer and assembled it and then went to use it and the Pull Cord was defective. We did an online return and had to lug everything back to the Home Depot store (with gas & oil already in it). Our Hats Off to Marques for assisting with our return and the purchase of a different power washer. He definitely went above and beyond to provide ultimate customer service and indicating our inconvenience for having to go through receiving a product that was defective. It was our sincere pleasure to receive that type of customer service from Marques! Bravo!! 👏👏

On a mission to find the last item on my Christmas list: seed packets!!! I was close by and decided to start my journey here. Well, guess what?! No seed packets! Ugh! 🙃😉 They were pulled because of Christmas merchandise and now is not the season for them. In Houston, Texas??? With our weather??? 😅🤣 Well, I looked around anyway and found these living Christmas trees 🌲. Perfect for me and my space AND 2 of them already reduced in price! Happy camper am I! 😁 Will continue to look for those seeds!!! Still a thumbs up 👍 for me! The store was clean and plenty of parking available. Will see, if I can continue my quest today...

It's a good store, but Evrtything is Locked up and it's not easy to get any one to help. Check out lines are not organized, people just come at it from every angle, and people at the front dont even help out to form the line for more efficient check out process.

(Levar E.) *This guy is a rockstar* he had the best customer service that I ever see on a Place Like Home Depot, you don't find people like him anymore (Happy to help) if somebody deserve a rise is him thank you for your help
