This was my first transaction as a Pro Contractor with Home Depot. I ordered a special-order window that took about 25 days to arrive. When I came to pick it up, I noticed some damage on the frame and politely asked if a discount could be applied. The General Manager wasn’t friendly and seemed aggravated by the request. They approved a $50 discount, which I appreciated, but the refund didn’t process correctly, so I had to return to the store after leaving. I also experienced an app malfunction during checkout, which made things more frustrating. Overall, not the best first impression for a new Pro customer. -Hanniel Pantojas Navarro

Worked with Eric, very professional, knowledgeable and was able to offer me some amazing products that I didn’t know I needed. Definitely recommend using this home depot. Store very clean. Ask for Eric he is amazing!!!

I bought 2 appliances, in 2828 South Hwy 6 and Richmond Av last week, Dale Pilgrim,Appliances Specialist, he was helping me, even I stopped months ago just for checking prices before my old refrigerator and stove do not working anymore, and I was surprised he remember me and asked if I am really to buy the new appliances. Thank you Dale you are a very professional and knowledge team member for Home Depot. You gave a advise what I have to choose for my needs.

Every now and then, you meet someone that stands out and absolutely shines. Mrs. HEART is amazing! Top tier customer service is an understatement! Please give her a well deserved raise. She represents the Home Depot brand with excellence. She's professional, detail oriented, and and actually cares about her customers. I will go out of my way to this location, just to have the level of service she provided!

I do not like home depot at all. they never have what i need in store. parts are never were you think they should be. you should need to talk to an associate everytime you walk in. if not for the staff if and when they finally come I would be in the store for hours and usually I am. they need to redo the entire store. I shouldn't need a cheat sheet or an associate to tell me that transition molding is not in molding with a sign that reads transition molding oh no its in tiling. it's like that on a lot of items. I'm ready to switch to lowes. if I had one closer to me I would.
