Home Depot is a solid go to, especially if you’re in construction or remodeling. You can rent tools, trailers, and find a huge selection of doors, sheds, and appliances. Ordering online is easy, and delivery straight to your door is a big plus especially for larger items. Because it’s a heavily populated area, it can get busy and some products sell out, but that’s expected. One thing I really appreciate is the staff many of the employees have been here for years. When you come in often, they remember you, know what you’re working on, and are genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference if you’re a business owner. The store is conveniently located near the highways, the bathrooms are usually pretty clean, and there’s a strong appliance selection. Pro tip: order appliances or big items around holidays to take advantage of discounts. During the week it can sometimes be hard to find carts or baskets, but that’s understandable given the area and traffic. Overall, it’s a dependable store with good service, great products, and everything you need for home projects or professional jobs.

Curbside is operates at two speeds. Slow or cancel. They are so lost here. I waited 20 minutes to get my order. When I entered it wasn’t ready. She said she’ll go get the order. Another 10 minutes go by and she got half of the order. She said she didn’t see the other things on the order. It took me 30 minutes for them to get everything for me to get out. Would not recommend.

Home Depot came through again! Needed materials for construction/remodeling—tons of options for doors, sheds, appliances, and hardware. Staff gave good advice on what would work best, and delivery/pickup was straightforward. Fair prices, clean store, and no long waits. Great local spot—will keep coming back!

Today Shawn the person in charge of organizing the check out lines did a horrible job. They should have just sent him home with that kind of attitude problem he was having with everyone. His actions were like when I'm having PMS and I didn't appreciate the way he was coming at me very unprofessional. I go to this location alot and haven't done a review even though I should have before. The return desk is organized and quick. The ladies at the service desk are very nice and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. They even have a good security guard which is very good. But every job has that one worker who thinks he is the owner. Shawn is pushy, rude and too sassy to be working with the customers directly. He also was blaming Home Depot for not having human cashiers. The check out line was highly disorganized and very long. Shawn don't know which lane is which directing customers to the wrong self check out service. He just running around like a chicken with his head off not knowing which lane is what. Thankfully Angie another worker was able to help me figure out which lane was for cash check out. Shawn sure didn't he was too busy be a rude with his hand on his hip and rolling his eyes. I don't need that when shopping. If he is having a hard time at his job maybe he needs help or to be switched. It's a terrible look for Home Depot to have people there slouching, poor communication and not helpful. That's why I only gave them 2 stars. Because I spent $700 prior to this visit and $20 today & no way am I not letting the upper management know of my experience. As I left I verbally told Shawn I was doing a Google review and instead of him behaving like someone who cared he said so what while rolling his eyes. The so what will be the decline in people wanting to visit this particular location if they read what happens to you while your there. Visit a different location or better yet Lowes.

spent hours looking for answers on google and youtube and that kid Xavier does quick math and in less than 2 minutes I got the correct size and make of screws. Very knowledgeable people who were more enthusiastic about my project than me. David saved me a ton of money telling me not to go overboard with tools I see on youtube and advising me on the single tool I actually needed. This location is quite a drive for me but I like it here. Customer service is impeccable.
