I love this place it's definitely my happy place. I’ve had great experiences shopping here for the most part. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually has what I need in stock, whether I’m grabbing tools, hardware, lumber, garden supplies, or something for a home project. The employees have been helpful and knowledgeable, and I appreciate that they take the time to point me in the right direction instead of just giving quick, careless answers. I did have a less than stellar experience the last time I was here. It was really busy the employee didn't want to unlock a drill set and get me the extra battery that the promotion came with. He said it came in the kit. Finding another employee to help me was like pulling teeth. Thay all said that I had to get with the original employee to unlock the tool set I wanted. I eventually got it figured out after 30 min. I just chalked it up to he was having a bad and busy day. The self-checkout process is usually smooth and regular registers are sometimes open but that's usually for the contractors. online pickup is really good though. It’s become my go-to spot for projects big and small. Overall, this location has solid customer service, good selection, and the kind of convenience that makes DIY projects a lot less painful.

10/14/2025 🌍♥️🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 Patience is A must when we really need New appliances, Thank God we got our Refrigerator after 2 long years saving. Any thing is possible when you learn to Use your money for good things. AMEN 🙏🙌

Tabian Brown was very helpful and service with a smile. We need more representatives like him and a guy named Will. I visited the store on Sat 2/14/26. Will was awesome and cared. He saw me wondering and immediately stepped up to assist. I appreciate these two gentlemen very much. They care.

My home away from home for awhile. Prices might be slightly high for some things but best deal out there for things in bulk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Driving can get a bit crazy at the back of the lot with the bank and other stores around.

Sunday evening, closing time 8:PM at 15 minutes until 7 an employee took my cart full of vinyl gutters, conduit fittings, glue, windshield wash and my notepad with list that I spent the last hour gathering and removed to the returns area. When you have ten ft material and Homer decides to fill the main aisles ignoring convenience and probably fire code it's best to park your cart "out-of-the-way" while gathering the smaller needful things. If the main aisle wasn't packed we would have seen each other as he passed my wife and I 2 aisles over shopping. When we heard his lame excuses and took our cart back we decided to checkout. I approached the self checkout at 8 minutes to 7:PM, as a young lady was closing the gate. Seeing two checkouts with the lights on I pointed out the time and questioned her about letting me checkout. She said, no she was closed, pointing to the single register open with line rapidly forming. As soon as I joined the line at number 4 a little lady with the voice of command said we needed to line up in a different direction, a needless complication since every customer in the store is now lined up behind me. She then with another employee went to open 2 more checkouts whereby all those behind me saw this as their opportunity to change the order of the line. To make a long story endless, IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE HOME DEPOT AT 7:PM RATHER THAN EIGHT PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR WEBMASTER AND CHANGE THE STICKERS ON THE DOOR. Honestly I had much more on my shopping list and should have easily surpassed your 300 dollar ceiling for interest free time to pay. Final checkout $250 and change. You cost me time and money... a huge inconvenience.
