This Home Depot is my favorite in Houston for one reason…an associate by the name of Brandon. I frequently Home Depot to get wood cut for my home projects and I refuse to get wood unless Brandon is here! He is the most attentive and accurate person in the lumber department. He always cuts to exactly how I ask and he keeps this department going! Brandon is the best!!!

Chelsea and Carter are the team you want in the paint department. They were patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout my visit. I asked what felt like a thousand questions, and they answered every one with the same kindness and attention as the first. What impressed me most was how respectful and calm they remained, even while dealing with a very rude customer. Their customer service never changed, and they continued helping everyone with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers, and Chelsea and Carter absolutely do. I’ll definitely be back when I need paint again. P.s. Carter explained he was new but you could’ve never known. Review from the guy that needed the PORTICO Color. Also Home Depot add deep gold into your collection

I had four copies for my keys made very quickly by a man named Joe. I’m very happy that he is able to help me that night and his speedy service and also he did his job properly. All the keys worked as they should and he also clean the keys very well with the wire brush and explained that the shavings from a newly made key can get stuck in a door and messed them up, so I’m very glad that he was very fast and quicker than the stupid kiosk machine for Self service. I really think that they should get rid of all the Self service machines and just pay someone to actually be around because as it turns out, people need jobs and the stupid machine is not any faster or cheaper than a human being

The Home Depot really does have everything you need to fix your house or your business. The big downside is that prices have gotten very expensive, so I recommend shopping around first — sometimes you can find better deals on Amazon. That said, if you need lumber or supplies quickly, this is the place to go because they usually have it all in stock. Just be prepared to pay a premium. Get your credit card ready because you need it

Valerie was so kind—she helped me set up my account for rewards points and quickly found someone to help carry everything to my car.
