I stopped by The Home Depot on Sunday (2/22/26) to look for a ceiling fan and wanted to recognize Tito for the great help. He took the time to look up exactly what I needed and was really patient while helping me find the right product. He didn’t rush me at all and made sure I felt confident about my choice before checking out. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in. Great customer service all around. Thanks, Tito!

Terrible service. Was attempting to checkout when I asked an attendent to make sure I was properly scanning all my items. I was told to wait and sat for 20 minutes while I saw the attendant horseplaying with other employees. I left without the items in question since I could not wait any longer. Will go to the Lumpkin location from now on, they have much better customer service

I went in to find room dividers. Unfortunately, they don’t carry them in store, but they can be delivered to the store or to your home with free shipping. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. The store is clean and the selection is great. The parking lot is a little hazardous with potholes. Hopefully they will fix that soon.

I was supposed to write this a while back. I come here all the time and every time I feel acknowledged. There was an incident where my card had fell exactly trough a gap at the register. I taught it’s over but Reney ( might have spelled her name wrong) helped me get it out while making the best of the situation. Thank y’all
