This Review Pertains To Management Directly. Not The Hard Charging Warehouse Associates They Give Great Service And Exceptional Work Day In And Day Out, Whenever Dealing With My Loads. This Is For Management That Doesn't Pay Attention To Detail And Orders A Truckload Of Appliances On The Wrong Day, (Even Though The Schedule Is Clearly Cut A Week In Advance). Costing Me As An Owner Operator Close To 1K In Loss Revenue And Time Wasted Because They Couldn't Take My Truck In And Unload It. So Basically My Contract To Deliver On 3/28 With Tracking And Email Confirmations All Along The Way For The Scheduled Time Was Rendered Null Because Of A Clinical Error Brought On By Home Depot Themselves. Then The Broker Wants To Argue With Me Like It's My Fault. I Didn't Fubar Anything On My End. I Completed The Mission I Was Given. Drivers Steer Clear Of This Contracted Load If You Can The Brokers And Customer Don't Really Care About The Professional Relations Or The Service We Provide As Carriers. They Just Want To Finger Point Whenever A Static Issue Arises, No Resolution Skills At All. There Was No Accountability At All On The End Of Home Depot For What Happened And At The End Of The Day I Was Left Holding The Load. Truly Disappointed And Any Future Loads To This Customer Won't Get My Full Professional Attention Because If They Don't Care, Neither Will I. United States Navy Veteran 🎖️🫡🚛💨💨💨

HOME DEPOT signs are tiny, for BIG TRACTOR TRAILER pass up AGILE INTERIORS go to end look on right side for door that's the shipping/receiving has a doorbell on door home depot sign is very small. See pictures....

Waited almost an hour with only one in the front desk and two customers including me.. these people cannot multi-task.
