Leslie at customer service picked up the phone and pretended to be on it when she saw me approaching her then told me to go wait in line even though she was standing there doing nothing while the other customer service person was helping another customer. I was there to pick up an order that had already been paid for by an Uber customer. Juan on the other hand was very helpful, friendly, and fast.

Location was clean and stocked. It's Home Depot. Tony was a great help with our questions. Although he is not a plumber, he helped talk through our needs. 5 stars for the customer service.

Kellie with appliance specialist has made the shopping experience with Home Depot, the best I have EVER experienced. She price shopped different bundles for me and tailored to my budget to find the perfect fit. She gave no rush or pressure, just a genuine smile that really made the transaction MORE than a sale. She is an example I think anyone at Home Depot should reflect and study. I don’t usually shop at this location, but because of Kellie, I will now make this my home location and will look for her every time I come back. Which will probably be tomorrow! Kellie W deserves all the stars 😊

Went in today to purchase a shed. Sales associate suggested I apply for credit. She helped me thru the process. Was offered a deal and right when I was about to sign I accidentally canceled the transaction with my clumsy hand. She tried everything to retrieve it. She even called bank twice for assistance. Was told I needed to wait 24hrs. No record of my application. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Erin Lobosco. She was so kind and patient with me. She gets 5 stars!! Thanks again sweet lady for all your help.

This Home Depot is clean, organized & well stocked. I have bought items from here many times & it’s usually the typical experience you would expect. My only major issue here was when I tried to return a length of wire & I even had the receipt & they told me they do t take back wires. I understand as it was already cut due to the sales associate cutting it to my specifications but still, an inconvenience nonetheless. Overall tho, it’s a decent store for DIY projects.
