Poor customer service on something that could have been so simple … I went in to simply pick up an order that was placed online already paid in full was simply there to pick it up. Didn’t need help to walk it outside, load it, or anything just picking it up from the customer service desk.. anyways got there 5 employees standing there not one greeting… okay? Cool whatever! went to pick up register stood there 2 employees looked at me did not say anything. I remained standing there for over 5 minutes finally young girl rudely asks “ do you need something” … not “may I help you”, “finding everything okay” nope made it seem as if I was inconvenience… alright cool. I said I am here to pick up an online order she still stood there trying just looking at me.. is it cause I was dressed in shorts and tshirt and not professional or hardworking not sure… but finally another employee offered to help me. He got my order got my receipt and I was out the door. SMH something so simple and got such a poor experience. Mind you the order wasn’t cheap easily more than 1000$ had I not needed the equipment for work I would have cancelled and requested a refund. 1/10 will not be returning.

I had a really great experience at The Home Depot. Gabe helped us, and honestly, his service stood out. Even though it was close to closing time, he didn’t rush us at all. He was patient, friendly, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. You can tell he actually cares about customers, not just doing his job. Because of him, the whole experience felt easy and stress-free. We’re very satisfied and truly appreciate his help. People like Gabe make a big difference.

This is an Update review from what I experienced after the fact that Samantha was rude and also the guy at the paint section. I believe his name was Ricardo. I spoke with Desiree the manager, and she absolutely was super sweet was very apologetic and she did a very, very wonderful job explaining how she was going to fix the issue. I am very happy That she was very helpful. I will definitely be coming back, but Desiree the manager was super sweet and did a good job by actually even calling me back after the incident of the paint getting all over my shirt.

Has bad customer service can never find anybody and when you do things like this happens First I asked the paint counter to page a helper he said no his phone don’t work .so I had to walk store to find someone .I asked for customer service and he told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for his service because he was working on a Machine that had no customer service value to it .I waited and then I waited more so then I called to see if a manager could help me .while I was waiting on the manager to come, the employee walked over and confronted me and said that he doesn’t need to help me anymore because I called for a manager and walked away with attitude .Then manager Jason gave me the item I needed, which took not even a minute .my daughter went up to him and asked what was the gentleman‘s name that was supposed to have helped us out because we’re gonna leave a complaint on him and the manager turned around and said that he will not give the employee’s name due to their policy, but yet they all have their names on their apron .so that’s one lie .another employee told us his name was Gabriel so now not only do I have a complaint on Gabriel for his attitude. The manager himself lied about their policies and tried to protect him.
