What a great store! I has the pleasure of visiting this location for the first time this week. I'm not a stranger to Home Depot or other home improvement stores but the experience I had here was beyond any other store. The location was well stocked and very clean. However my favorite was how friendly snd helpful the staff were. I was looking for something and I had assistance finding it. Whenever I would walk by an employee they would always smile AND they offer a military discount. This location will certainly be a go to for me.

We’ve gone on multiple occasions, if you’re getting what you can carry and but in your own it’s great! If you need their so called professional services you’re better off going to 410 & 151, this store only has one employee for multiple sections. It’s a bad business model and ultimately has led to customers having to make multiple trips to accomplish one task. Newer store or not it sounds like management needs to plan for days off, illnesses and vacations in a more proactive manner to ensure that customers are able to visit their local store and get things done in a timely manner.

Great products I was not able to put my hands on the product I needed. However, a Customer Rep saw me lost and asked if I needed help and proceeded to tech me about the app-that the product shown on the app has to be ordered according app description. Awesome info! I felt educated and affirmed. Highly recommend this Home Depot.

Came in for dishwasher pods and got caught in a very bizarre checkout dispute with another customer over line confusion. We cooled off and parted ways in the end. Another issue was the self checkout system it was very slow, my card didn't read 4 times. On the positive side, the self-checkout employees were attentive, and another in the paint department who pointed me directly to an item I was looking for that wasn't in their department. I've been coming to Home Depot since 2005. It's nice to see technology upgrades, but the store should also invest in faster, more user friendly checkout systems. Might give this location another go in the future.

Worst customer experience at any Home Depot. Val was the first person that tried “helping” me but refused to sell me caulking sealer. All this while the other customer service rep just sat there without acknowledging me or the other people standing in line. I asked for her manager Samson and also refused selling me items at the pro desk. No other Home Depot had given me problems buying items at the pro desk with my account. They made me drive to a different Home Depot to get the items they had in stock. Avoid this Home Depot and the horrible staff. I’m just trying to ge work done and these people go out of their way to not serve you. If I could give negative stars I would. These people need a class in customer service.
