Every time I shop at the Home Depot near my home, I receive such excellent service from the different handymen and handy women! This evening it was Josh Hamilton and Micah. I told Josh what I needed and since he was manning the register by the far door, he radioed for someone to come help me immediately. Within minutes I had the help I needed and was checking out to leave! Josh Hamilton and the other Josh in his department and Surgei all worked hard to help my husband and I to order sliding glass doors last month. We were so very pleased with the accuracy, speed, and courtesy they showed us then, and I was equally thrilled tonight having received the same treatment from Josh Hamilton and Micah.

This Home Depot has poor customer service. I have been here multiple times and each time I go, it seems like no employees want to do their job. When I flag someone down to help, the worker acts like I am inconveniencing them. When we ask for cuts of lumber, the person does it with a poor attitude. There was one lady I encountered today who actually was helpful and asked if we needed help finding something. It is sad that her friendliness and willingness to help was an anomaly. This store has good products, just don’t expect good service here.

Affordable, clearly arranged. Staff if helpful. No lines. Home Depot app helps to locate goods inside the store. And delivery home is fast and usually free.
