I had a great experience at The Home Depot on Bandera Road. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. From the moment I walked in, several employees asked if I needed assistance and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was clean, well-organized, and it was easy to find what I needed. What stood out most was the excellent customer service—everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping customers. It’s refreshing to shop somewhere where the employees are so helpful and positive. I’ll definitely be returning for my future home improvement projects. Highly recommend this location!

Walking into this Home Depot was such a good experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop through. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering questions and making everything feel less stressful. You can really tell customer service matters here. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt welcoming and positive. Definitely one of those places that makes you want to come back for future home and garden projects

Today (June 16, 2026), I had a very disappointing experience with Home Depot curbside pickup. I arrived at the curbside pickup area at 5:10 PM and checked in through the app as instructed. However, no one came out to assist me. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I went inside to the Returns & Pickup desk to inquire about my order. When I explained that I had already checked in through the app and no one had come out, the associate stated that she was responsible for curbside pickup. Before I could provide my order number, she checked her system and found my order. It appeared that my check-in had been received, but no action had been taken. During the interaction, she seemed distracted and focused on her phone rather than assisting customers. After locating the order, she again asked whether I needed loading assistance. I finally received my items at approximately 5:50 PM—40 minutes after arriving. The purpose of curbside pickup is to save customers time and provide convenience. Unfortunately, today's experience did the opposite and caused unnecessary delay and frustration. I hope this feedback helps improve the curbside pickup process and customer service at this location.

Excellent Home Depot with everything you need for home improvement! The garden center out front is well-stocked with healthy plants and seasonal items. Inside, the aisles are clean and well-organized with their signature orange racking system making it easy to spot items from a distance. The appliance section features a great selection of modern appliances with clear pricing and information displays. The store layout is spacious and logical, making it easy to navigate between departments. Associates are readily available to help, and the orange ladders throughout the store make it convenient to reach items on higher shelves. Particularly impressed with their organized merchandise displays and the wide, clean concrete aisles that make shopping with carts easy. Pro tip: Visit the garden center during morning hours for the best selection of fresh plants. The store also appears to be well-maintained and regularly restocked. Definitely worth the 5-star rating for both selection and store organization!

This is not the Home Depot we usually go to so we engaged an employee in the first plumbing aisle we came to. (He was putting the PVC fittings back in the correct bins after uncaring customers scrambled! I love it! That's one of my biggest peeves!!!) He took us straight to what we were looking for. As friendly as the day is long. So refreshing in these times. Checking out with Niki was also a breath of fresh air. These are great, customer-focused employees. Kudos!
