First time at this store, The store looked organized and saw a lot of employees helping customers. There were a few isles with carts full of boxes and items but for the most part the store was clean. The garden center was well kept, plants covered with tarps due to the frost warning. The top shelves were blocked off with rails and the big items were strapped down. Ladders had the signs warning "For employees only" I enjoyed walking around looking at the lighting department and the appliances. We checked out in the Garden Center, our cashier was so nice and patient. I came with my friends and thought I would do a review of the store. I came across one aisle that needed some help but that is to be expected. Great job, kudos. Update 02/22/2025 Spring is in the air. All the spring flowers and bulbs.

We had a bit of a mix up with a large Will Call order and the floor associates were having a hard time figuring out what to do. I asked for a manager and entered Chris, Dept Manager for the Garden Center. He displayed exactly the characteristics needed for an excellent manager: he patiently and quickly solves the issue, was gracious about the delay in getting the correct materials paid for on our business account, and made everything right plus some. He even taught me about some account features I didn’t know existed. Grateful he was able to get us what we needed and get our project moving! Thank you, Chris!

Javier at Home Depot went above and beyond to help me and my husband Georgie while we were dealing with a stubborn clog at home. He took the time to walk us through renting the right auger, explained things clearly, and made sure we felt confident before leaving. He was incredibly sweet, professional, and patient—and it’s easy to see why he’s been with Home Depot for 40 years. Employees like Javier are truly invaluable. Home Depot would be foolish not to keep someone with his experience, kindness, and dedication. Thank you, Javier, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience

I was able to reserve a pickup truck the same day. The service from pick up to drop off was fantastic. The truck clean and the A/C actually worked. I've rented many U-Hauls that were in terrible condition and the A/C didn't work and in Texas that's not a negotiable item. Excellent experience all around.

We went to make a few purchases for a project. When we were paying and trying to use what was left on our E gift card we were denied. It wasn't a lot on the card but we honestly had used the rest at 2 other Home depot stores. However, the supervisor was already in a not so friendly demeanor and was adamant that we couldn't use E cards. We proceeded to show her the emails and receipts we use the Ecard at. Yet she just continued to shake her head and have this smug face. We of course didn't make a scene, we remain calm and friendly. We did so because we new we could go to our other Home depot where we are meant with kindness and with above and beyond help to get our projects done. It definitely was in inconvenience but worth leaving a store who couldn't use their hand to manually enter in the gift card. The amount of time it may have taken seem over the top.
