I wanted to leave a review to highlight the outstanding service I received today. I was at the store looking for a replacement plumbing valve for my washing machine, and a young man named Joshua went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he walk me directly to the correct aisle and point out exactly what I needed, but I noticed him checking in with other customers throughout my visit to ensure everyone was getting the help they needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. It is rare to see that level of proactive customer service, and I really appreciated his help. Joshua is a true asset to your team!

I didn't like that the exit and enter doors are separate. Went here with my elderly father and we had to walk to the opposite side to enter the building then walk back to the complete opposite side to look at the products we were interested in! They didn't even have the product we wanted!

Cashier Jazline assisted us on price matching on Graco airless, didn't waste time, she contacted her supervisor, got us in line and out with item quick. Also the paint guy, didn't get his name. Impressive customer service!!!!

Took 3 hours to get my order placed online due to some malfunctions and procedures on the online store! But thanks to Aracely at pro desk for making it worth while! Definitely a great employee you have here! I will be back!

JOHN IN LUMBER HAS BEEN A GREAT HELP FROM THE START I HAD A LIST OF MATERIALS I NEEDED AND HE WAS VERY EDUCATED IN HIS DEPARTMENT AND ALSO OTHER DEPARTMENTS WE LOADED 20 2X6X8 ALSO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO LOOK UP NAILS FOR A NAILING GUN TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE RIGHT ONES AND ALSO FOUND THE VALLEY RIDGE FOR PATCH WORK HE LOADED 20 BAGS OF CEMENT ON TO THE CART AND MY TRUCK ALSO AFTER HE HELPED ME I SEEN HIM PERSONALLY HELPING AN OLDER COUPLE THAT WAS STRUGGLING WITH LUMBER HE OFFER TO HELP THEM IN THE STORE AND ACTUALLY LOAD A FULL CART OF PICKETTS FOR A PRIVATE FENCE THIS GUY REALLY GOES BEYOND HIS WAY FOR CUSTOMERS THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT HOME DEPOT
