After 10 years in our home, it was time to do a much-needed refresh on the bathroom faucets. My wife went online and found some Delta faucets she liked. Out with the old, in with the new!

Many associates were very friendly and greeted me either upon entry of the building or just passing by. Others asked if I needed assistance and others smiled. Very friendly atmosphere but I wanted to shout out Leilani for her amazing service and patience with customizing keys. And Kas for her excellent friendly and speedy assistance at check out. Thank you both, you made my experience very easy and I’ll for sure be hoping to see you both again next time I’m there!

Huge thanks to Kelsey and Dan for their exceptional help. Kelsey spotted us needing assistance and followed through, then Dan took over. Both helped us individually like true pros with great attitudes. Usually, in this industry, you see employees joking around and avoiding eye contact, or they have to look everything up on their phones because they don't know the inventory. Kelsey and Dan were the complete opposite; they were proactive and clearly knew their business without needing to call for backup or rely on an app. It is so refreshing to deal with staff who are attentive and truly understand their departments. Thank you, you two!!!

I was looking for a washer. Spoke with a team member and he was patient so informative and knows his brand of washers. His name was Vince and he explained all the ins and outs of washers. He helped with my decision and I love my washer. Thanks Home Depot.
