Shout out to Home Depot employee Tim, who went above and beyond to cut 11 pieces of crown molding for me, and assist me in finding multiple other lumber and lighting items. It was the end of the day, and my stepdaughter and I were exhausted from the heat outside and from materials shopping, in general, and Tim helped us with what would otherwise have been an overwhelming task. The Home Depot staff are an amazing and helpful crew; they deserve 5 stars! My only feedback would be for corporate... they need to provide power saws for cutting molding, because those little Husky brand hacksaws at the trim-cutting tables are dull and way more labor-intensive than they should be. Kudos for Tim for being such a trooper and helping us out.

I want to thank Madi the employee that helped me today at the online pickup counter. She helped me and I had a lumber order that she promptly notified lumber to bring my order to the counter for pick up. She noticed I was patiently waiting and after a few minutes she took initiative to actually walk over to lumber and bring me my order. She never lost sight of me and did not ignore me and my order as I waited. Excellent customer service and she is above and beyond with her customer service.

I had a great customer service experience with a cashier at the do it yourself scan and go check out. Jacky was very professional and helpful she was very knowledgeable and kind. She made me feel comfortable. Having that experience makes me want to only go to this location in San Antonio.

I shop at various Home Depots all over South Texas. Today, 2/14/2026, at 8:00am, was the first time I've ever had to leave a Home Depot due to the toxic cleaning chemical fumes. I suspect that their overnight cleaning crew used Fabuloso or a similar highly fragranced toxic cleaning chemical on the floors. I entered the store and within 10 seconds began experiencing allergy and immune response symptoms. I turned around and left. Many people are unaware that the fragrances added to products are hormone disruptors and often aggrevate allergies, asthma, and auto immune conditions. Do better Home Depot. Do better.

I have an old stove and gas line that need some updating to get it up to modern times. While looking completely lost in the brass fittings area Randy came to my aid offering his help. This guy was amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly gathered the fittings I needed to reduce my 3/4 gas line down to 1/2 while adding a new valve and elbow so it fits correctly in the wall box. I was completely lost, but he was very patient and pivoted to new solutions when his original wouldn't work due to factors unique to my home. 10/10. Randy saved me 5 trips back and forth from Home Depot!
