Home Depot is one of the best places to find plants. It’s my guilty obsession of plant hunting here and I always find the best plants like the Monstera Plant, Rubber Plant, Snake Plant, and all other plants that I can’t spell. You get what I’m saying, go to Home Depot and become a plant lover and plant parent like me!

I will start by saying that my experience with this location was horrible! Went in to buy a grill and even though they had a sign saying over $399 free delivery and assemble I was still asked when I am going to pick it up. After talking to one of the managers and placing the order they told me it will be delivered 2 days later. I come back from work on delivery date only to discover that they removed the floor model, with plenty of defects and placed on my patio. I tried calling them same day and after being on hold for more than 10 min they answered there is no manager available , probably at lunch. I take the drive there, finally get to talk to a manager and setup a new delivery and removal of the floor model. Not even a single time was offered an apology, ownership of the mistake! When I asked about the store manager and DM they only offered a 1-800 number. The level of not caring, no customer service, and overall experience is horrible! Don't give them business because I know for sure I will not!

Monday I purchased a washer and dryer. It was scheduled to be delivered this Saturday between 12-5pm. A little after 7am on Saturday i received a call from a # I did not recognize. I answered it and it was Home Depot saying they were at my front door with my washer and dryer. I told the guy that it was supposed to be delivered after 12 but I would get dressed and be right there. I went outside and directed them to our side door where the laundry room is located. One of the guys ran over my yard light and I mentioned to him that my yard light was there but he didn't seem to care. He told me that I was first on his list and told him I was supposed to be delivered after 12 and my old washer and dryer were still in place. He seemed a little upset that I wasnt ready so I told him to just leave them in the driveway and I would move and install them. He said they could reschedule and I told him they were already there so just leave them. They got the dolly, put the washer and dryer back on the lift and then back in the truck. When I called the# on the receipt I was told they felt unsafe. Haha There were two of them in their 30's while I'm a 63 year old Senior. If they were so scared why didn't they just leave since the washer and dryer were already dropped? Instead, the took the time to get the dolly's, put them on the lift and back in the truck. When I called to speak to a mgr of the contract labor company I was told someone would call me on Monday. When I asked that my washer and dryer be returned they would deliver the following Tuesday. I went to HD and was told this was out of their hands. I hot a refund and went to Lowes to purchase a washer and dryer. I'm done with Home Depot.

Had to walk all the way from one end to another for them 8x8x16 bricks because they weren't with at the gardening area. Remind u and I hv a bad back at that. So not inconvenient....

I at a different home depot the Windsor hill location I've been in there before. Used it before. But lately they have been hovering over you, standing over your shoulder, watching you ring up stuff, that's getting too uncomfortable. And too close for me. All it does is make Lowe's look and feel a lot more better. A lot more pleasant to shop at and i'm pretty sure it's their job, but they only hover over certain people.If you know what I mean
