This Home Depot was clean and had the friendliest staff. My son and I were there picking out flooring and lighting. We were impressed with the staff's knowledge and kindness. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Went to pick up some flowers for my client and Wow! Home Depot doesn’t take care of their plants at all. They are all crammed together on racks. Very few plants looked healthy. They hadn’t. Been watered or properly stored. There were carts full of dead plants. And they don’t mark down the plants that are half dead. They want full price for near lifeless plants. What a shame and how frustrating. There were lots of customers complaining to each other about the state of the plants in the nursery and I watched several people leave the nursery disgusted and empty handed.

Although it's hard to get them on the phone when I needed some assistance in the store the staff were helpful. They made my experience pleasant upon renting vehicles and I appreciate that. All retailers struggle with staffing and adequate customer service so realistically they are doing the best they can with what they have. Manager who assisted me was professional and the process was efficient. They earned these 5 stars for sure! Quiet Sate Clean Organized. That's that on that!

I went to Home Depot a few days ago to get some return paint for a DIY project and Raheem was the cashier. He offered me to sign up for the Home Depot membership, and I am greatly appreciated him for that. He also walked me through the steps in the process. he wasn’t rushing. He was talking great customer service. We need more cashiers like him and he just brightens up your day You never know what a person is going through sometimes those talks through a line can actually heal a customer. I wasn’t going through anything that day, but his spirit still lifted my soul.

Seriously, you won't mix paint for somebody on their way there? Especially since you can look up phone number and see ordering history. This is why shop small and shop local is SO MUCH BETTER. Furthermore, the Grafton Home Depot paint staff are actually HELPFUL AND PERSONABLE. The female POC with small tattoo on left neck in this store NEVER GAVE EYE CONTACT to me. She only spoke to me when I asked her to enter the paint color in their system for a particular room. And even that seemed to be something she didn't care to do but appeared to do it. I do give credit to the female monitor at self check out. She WAS FRIENDLY and interacted with customers.
