I love dealing with everyone at The Home Depot, I hate when I go there on PayDay 'cuz I'll always overspend when my intent was to go in & out with only 1 thing I needed, that never happens like that. They're the Best In The State as far as if you buy a Water Heater b4 Noon, you may see me that day helping get it installed that Same Day. Installed by Watertight WaterCare via Crew2 & TheHomeDepot.

One call later, home depot lost my business to Best Buy who was super informational and a delight to work with.

Just called today with questions about availability on a wireless ring doorbell camera today. The gentleman that answered the phone didn’t have much knowledge of the ring technology. I then told him I would be interested in the chime for the wireless ring doorbell. He placed me on a brief hold that lasted 30 mins. A lady then asked, “what are you on hold for?” I said seriously, I’ve been on hold for 30 mins? Where’s the gentleman that placed me on a brief hold. In the snotty voice you can imagine, “ he’s helping customers” ( as if I’m not one). I told her don’t even worry about it. I give this store tons of business for stuff that I need but moving forward I’ll be going somewhere else. Lost a good customer ✌🏽

The Home Depot is a good source for tools, and home materials. Been here plenty of other times. This trip I was looking for some specialty drill bits for concrete. They had several to choose from. Lots of Milwaukee and Dewalt (and other quality brands) Tool to choose from.

My favorite Home Depot. Everyone is helpful and kind without being overwhelming. The process of my project was easier and turned out better than I expected due to the great customer service at this location. Eli in the paint department showed me products that were very helpful with my project and easily answered all of my questions.
