Today my daughter and I stopped in to get a ryobi battery for my lawnmower. We had the best customer service from Rowan that i have received ANYWHERE in a very long time. He went above and beyond. His knowledge was amazing and he was just a genuinely nice person. I want to thank him for helping. Because of him this will be our go to location for all HD items. Again, thank you so much Rowan. You really went out of your way when you didn't have to and it was appreciated

Went to return. No receipt. Ok. So they break the factory seals to check product. All good. Run the return and get denied. Because I did a no receipt return once in the last 6months. So now I got open boxes of stuff I don't need. Ask to speak to a manager he says have a friend return it. Really? Find out the store manager is in. Ask to speak to him. Ok. But now he's to busy to talk to me. Referee me to someone else. He says nothing he can do. I say he can override as a "manager". He lies to me and says no. So angry. Spend thousands here and I'm treated like a thief. Poorest experience ar H.D. ever.
