I had an excellent experience at Home Depot. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I was able to find everything I needed, and the associates took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. The store was clean, well-organized, and the checkout process was quick and easy. Great customer service like this makes a big difference, and I look forward to shopping here again. Thank you to the Home Depot team for a great experience

Paid extra for cabinets to be delivered inside residence. Also requested signature for deliver they dropped my cabinet off in the middle of the parking lot! On a rainy day! I called spoke to 2 managers and was offered a discount on my next purchase? What about a discount on this foolishness! I don’t want to spend another penny in this store!

I frequent this home depot because I work as a vendor at a local apartment complex. I always get great service and a friendly face. Shout out to keanna at the return desk. She is fast, efficient and friendly. I see she's great at her job. Definitely a keeper. Mika is always offering to help me when he sees me with multiple 5 gallon buckets of paint. He gets them right in my vehical without issue. Total life saver. I appreciate you both so much

Give Larry and Crystal a raise! They went above and beyond to assist me. Although I didn’t find the item I needed, they gave me a great, cost-saving alternative, and even showed me how to conduct a repair! They were amazing! A true example of customer service! Thanks for the great customer experience and for sharing your knowledge with me! Y’all are awesome times 10!
