We moved into Smyrna / Vinings about a year ago and started attending this Home Depot location (including this morning) and I just can’t say enough about the place. Consistently clean, well stocked and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Whatever you are doing - it’s working - more please.

Here is a polished version of your feedback: ⸻ I recently visited the Home Depot Cumberland Store #0121 and had the pleasure of interacting with Store Manager Christopher. I was looking for an umbrella base, and the only one remaining was the floor model. Christopher was kind enough to offer it to me at a discounted price, which I greatly appreciated. While that gesture was impressive, what truly turned me into a raving fan was the time he took to answer my questions about employment opportunities for family members. Christopher thoroughly explained the hiring process from start to finish. He was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout our conversation. His willingness to help went far beyond what I expected. I would also like to recognize Brittany in the Appliance Department. I was exploring washer and dryer combinations, and she took the time to explain the differences between various models, including the benefits of vented versus ventless options. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. We even shared a few laughs while discussing the brands we currently own and our experiences with them. Overall, my visit to the Cumberland Home Depot was outstanding. Christopher and Brittany exemplified exceptional customer service and professionalism. Their product knowledge, positive attitudes, and genuine desire to help customers made for a memorable experience. I left the store feeling valued as a customer and look forward to shopping there again.

An amazing Home Depot store. The quality product selections across such a wide array of categories, the organization & layout for easy and enjoyable shopping, and the stellar team of associates, were impressive, especially for such a large store.

The only option to cut wood is by using a table power saw. Apparently only 1 worker was able to use it. When I got to the saw, he was helping a customer search for whatever wood she needed. No other worker could help me cut the 2 pieces of wood I had, and they had no option for me to use a regular hand saw. So I had to wait 15 minutes for him to find what the customer needed. Then, though my 2 pieces of wood were already marked and on the saw, he took them off and placed the ladies 6 pieces of wood to cut first. I had to then wait for them to figure out where to cut and what pieces she wanted to keep. So my cut that took less than 1 minute, had me waiting for 25 minutes.

Don’t waste your time- i’ve never been so frustrated with a simple rental trying to upsell me when I ask for something else then make me go through the whole process all over again the other people rented their items and trucks with no issue start to finish
