I had a great experience at Home Depot. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products for every home improvement project. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me find exactly what I needed. Isaac is so helpful. He was so helpful and super knowledgeable. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the prices were competitive. Whether you’re a DIY homeowner or a professional contractor, Home Depot is a reliable one-stop shop for quality products and excellent customer service. Highly recommended! Got disappointed from Lowe’s and came here and never going back to Lowe’s again.

I had a bit of a problem when making a return early this morning but Tessa the pro desk manager went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the materials I need and stay on schedule! Honestly the way she handled it has made me a die hard loyal Home Depot customer! Thank you all so much for helping me today !

Giving positive reviews I believe are a must when deserved. I have had really good service at this store with most in an apron asking if I needed any help. I have spent a lot of time and money in this store this past year. This past week I needed to start a project I was not prepared for but a young man Carter G. took his time to answer my questions and talk me through my decisions. I actually ended coming back in and he was a true gentleman and continued to help with my project that I'm still working through. I feel confident he won't run and hide when I show up with more questions or the others in the department that were there in the area. My next project will be in the lawn and garden department. I hope there's someone with Carter's patience and knowledge on the project. Thank you Carter and great Job finding employees with respect and knowledge. Not seeing that as often is why I feel submitting little notes of appreciation is so important. Great Job Christine (Speedway)

The original experience we had was amazing! My partner and I came in looking to cut some pieces of wood for a NON PROFIT CHARITY EVENT. (Simple straight cuts that they were able to perform). And we went 2 cuts over their limit (which was two) and they were given to us at no charge which was awesome!! However… We had to return back into the store to make one more cut on a piece of wood that did not fit in our car. When we entered the store we made sure it was okay that we got it cut one more time with a worker. Then some lady worker, oh I wish I had her name, came up to us and decided to make us feel guilty for not paying for the extra two cuts. Blamed us for having the workers make “project cuts” for a detail ex project (which THEY WERE NOT). It was simple straight cuts that were able to be done. (We asked and read the rules). She was rude, had a horrible attitude, treated her workers like garbage, and made our (what was a good experience) horrible. I hope some form of action takes place regarding this staff and their behavior. You never know what project someone is completing or their means for coming into the store. We would have been more than willing to pay the extra dollar for additional cuts of wood. This specifically looks bad on this store for not treating all customers with kindness and respect.

5 stars are for Mr David Lamar at flooring department , who had been helping, advising and dealing with some issues throughout our purchase and installation of the vinyl floor.Such a dedication to customer service that is rarely met nowadays. He would always be available for us , without any hesitation he would just dropped what he was doing ( which my husband and i would feel really quality to interrupt him) and he would immediately resolve any concerns . If you want to have a good expirience with your new floors , Mr David is the person!!!!! He must be recognized for his work . Home depot is definitely lucky to have such marvelous employee. We would also want to mention the manager of the Eagle Creek Store , Tess ( i apologize if i got the name wrong), she was marvelous and resolved an issue with delivery literally in one phone call. And the other person is the lady , named Kay ( i am sorry again, as i am sure i got the name wrong) for making sure i have all updates on flooring. She is very friendly on the phone, very informative. I just want to say that what great people these guys are, they make up for all the bad service we have received from that store at customer service counter.... and flooring customer service desk ( there was a lady there that was sorry to say unpleasant to deal with unfortunately , she was very fast spoken and VERY argumentative with me, and after strokes i am not fast to understand some things and she was very impatient ) but this review is for these awesome people that we will definitely return to this store for other big purchases. We have spent more then 13 k in this store for the last 4 months , so it is a big deal for us to give a good review. Please, give credits to Mr Lamar and the manager and the girl with the name Kai, i am sure she would remember me as the recent customer!. PS we were very close to cancel our orders with home depot but only thanks to MR David and Tess we decided to go forward and great flooring was installed in our house, we have also purchased all the appliances for entire kitchen. Highly recommend Eagle Creek location for flooring and appliances !
