While checking out this morning, I was helped by Mr. Narinder, and the experience was truly exceptional. He was incredibly kind, pleasant, and welcoming from the start. He suggested that I apply for the Home Depot credit card—something I would normally decline without much thought. However, the way he clearly and thoughtfully explained the benefits genuinely changed my mind, and I immediately wanted to take advantage of them. Mr. Narinder was helpful, kind, professional, and thoughtful, and his product knowledge was superb. More than that, he made the interaction feel personal and pressure-free, which speaks volumes about his customer service skills. This was only my second time ever shopping at Home Depot, and I can confidently say that because of this experience, I am now a regular customer. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, Mr. Narinder!

I recently had a great experience at this Home Depot location. My lawn mower broke down late in the afternoon on a Sunday. I urgently needed one to finish my half mowed lawn. I went to this Home Depot and was helped by Sean J at the rental department. He was kind and helpful, sharing what options they had available to help save the day. Sean hooked me up with a mower they had and I was able to get my lawn cut. Sean’s help and kindness was what made this experience so great. I would highly recommend renting from this location and hope you get to work with Sean because of his outstanding customer service and knowledge of the equipment they have available to rent.

Went to 96th street store to check on availability of cherry trees. Not only did they have them, but there were many to choose from. I needed a pollinator and found a Bing Cherry tree. To top things off, there was an excellent discount. My tree is already planted. Very happy.

Staff here is great! Always find what I need and they are always helpful. Rented a box truck recently to move things in between houses and the whole experience was great. Really ❤️ the store and staff for years now. Thank you all!

We have continued to have issues with every person we talk to. We tried to get a new dishwasher installed a week ago, and we turned it on while they were here, and once they left it turned off and hasn't worked since. The also caused a leak and told us it was our fault. After calling 2 times the next day, we were told by 2 people we would receive emails and text confirmations about a new day do installation (again) and we did not. After calling Monday, we were told those two people (that we called hours apart) did not do what they said and did not get us on the schedule for Monday. I talked to Jay, on Monday, and he assured me we would get a refund back to our card and an email and text confirmation that day. Neither happened. When we called back Tuesday, they informed us that we have to go into the store to get he refund, which is not what we were told originally, and we were on the list for install for Wednesday. I will never buy an appliance and have Home Depot install it. Install was so sloppy and a waste of money when it was done wrong. I'm disappointed that Home Depot themselves said this is normal and expected.
