Watched these guys slam wood into the parked gold/tan gmc pickup while loading wood on a trailer i brought it to their attention, and they said he shouldn't be parked there" no maybe you should respect people's property. They should be fired and the man's truck repaired...

My wife and I purchased two partial gallons of paint from the “oops” section at this location. At checkout, the cashier appeared to enter the price incorrectly, which I didn’t think much of at the time given the nature of clearance items. When we got home and opened the cans, the paint was so old it was completely unusable. I returned to the store about three hours later with the receipt to exchange them for other items from the same section. At the return desk, the supervisor said she couldn’t see the price on the receipt and claimed they would never sell paint in that condition. I tried pointing out the matching product number on the receipt, but it was dismissed. The interaction left me feeling like I was being accused of being dishonest over a $7 purchase. I left with the receipt and will consider this a lesson learned. Mistakes happen, and I can understand not being able to exchange the paint to some extent. However, being treated as if I were lying about something so minor—despite having proof—was a step too far. I will not be shopping at this location again, and I would advise anyone purchasing paint from the “oops” section to check it before leaving the store.

I like Home Depot for certain things. Chiefly they are the largest authorized Milwaukee Tools distributor that I know of. I mostly go there for that reason alone, but be warned... They are not always the cheapest place to buy Milwaukee Tools.

I purchased a grill and cover online from this location. Got the notification that it was ready for pick up, I sent my friend to get it and they said it wasn't paid for and I owe $180.75, if you look at the screenshot it was paid in advance. I understand technology fails and it was clearly a system failure issue but the kicker is the manager Nate refused to come help my friend or even come to the phone because he was unloading a truck. This is very poor customer service and I will only be doing business with Lowes going forward for my new home.

Three issues with employees down through the years .... The last ones got me on here.. Rude employees.. !!! .. I'm not going to say anymore.. Managers that don't care either.. !!! Beware they're not like Menards & Lowe's when it comes to phone sales ,too, that pay with a credit card , credit card holder must be in their system to make purchases over the phone ... .. . . . . . And make people's lives impossible.. ! .. plus more I won't list
