Nice clean store. Easy in easy out. Everybody is very helpful if you ask. It’s a DYI store so all you need is at your fingertips I was looking for a small garage freezer and some lights to add to a walkway. Also found some great dirt

As a person who spends 2-3k a week in this store I have a major suggestion. You see that cart in my photo? Have 5 of those at all times stocked in the water heater aisle. It’s a shame I have to walk around the store for 5 minutes looking for a cart. How do YOU suggest I move a water heater around? Get it together for crying out loud.

This one of the worst Home Depot locations I’ve dealt with. Put a $500 deposit down to rent a machine on Thursday was supposed to pick it up at 9am Sunday. I showed up and the machine was sitting on the trailer ready to go but when I got inside I was informed that they canceled my order. I’m there a little early so that’s not the issue and this what the store manager has to say about the situation. At the end of everything I had to pay a second deposit for the machine just so I could go to work and not treat my customer like this MANAGER did me. Note I never got the chair
