I took our Ryobi string trimmer to Hime Depot in west Carmel to see if I could get a new spool for it. The head was pretty mangled and Mike the Manager spent a lot of time replacing it and putting heavy duty line on it. He showed me how to load the spool and then had me do it to be sure I could do it. His customer service was beyond outstanding! Congrats to HD for mak8ng a great hire with Mike! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I had experienced some issues with an order of blinds I had placed online. I went to this store location and Carla in the blinds dept. was able to identify my issue, contact the manufacturer, and help get me what I needed. This Home Depot location has always been helpful and provides excellent customer service!

I stopped in the other day to get a few things for a project at home. Overall it was a good experience. I love that it was so clean. Only issue I had was that no staff talked to me until check out. But I will be back.

Good service and reasonable range. I only give four stars because a fair few times I go looking for something and they don't have it so have to go to the full sized Menards. But for more regular stuff they are fine with handy covered loading area for bad weather days.

I just want to thank the assistant manager, Mike and everyone that helped me today. My purchases were small, but I was treated with such care, respect and patience. I will go out of my way to give my business to this location. They have no idea what it meant to me.
