Rebecca Paige 3 months agoI recently came to this Home Depot location and was ridiculously impressed by the sales person that was located in the appliance center. I did not expect much but I got better than Nebraska furniture Mart service. His name was Jim and he talked with my husband and I at length as we discussed a new washer and dryer situation. We ended up going with a washer dryer all in one unit and I am very excited to use it. I was very impressed with Jim‘s knowledge. I think he is a stellar sales person. What struck me the most is he was very honest with us and was not just trying to make a sale. He listened to my concerns about some of the products I had looked up online and validated them. He did not treat me a woman, even though I was with a man as lesser or less knowledgeable. He was also extremely polite and kind and we happen to bring our dog with us per usual for Home Depot trips and it’s one of the first time she has liked someone shopping there. My dog is a better judge of character than me. I wanted to leave a review so his management knew how lucky they were to have a good sales person who actually cared in that department.
Tink ThaRock 4 months ago1-11-2026 730pm: Honestly given the location it's not too shabby... In my personal opinion I feel like the employees could be a little bit more helpful, cuz I asked for help with 3 different things from 3 different people and the only one whom even helped me other than telling me about the area in which I could find what I was looking for, and that's only bcuz I actually had to have a key made and even that lady was kind of rude and told me "You know there's a machine that'll make your key for you that's just as good!" That wasn't my point I didn't want to use the machine I don't like using those machines and she wanted to tell me again "Well it does the same thing!" It doesn't matter if the machine does the same thing if a customer asks for a key to be made and you're the one working in that area and know how to do it then you make the customer a key! Other than not really being able to get very much help it's a good location and I would go back.
Aida 11 months agoWant to add to my original review from 3 months ago. I went last week to make keys made. I gave him my house key to make a duplicate, and he makes a copy way larger than my house key. I told him this was not right, and he proceeded to argue and say it was. Get him and, of course, won't go in. Original post- If I can give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. We live 4 minutes away. This is our go-to Home Depot, unfortunately. If we place an early order online, we'd be lucky to get a pickup order the same day. One Sunday, I decided to show up at the store after 6 hours of waiting for confirmation. I got there, and they said "oh we have no one to pick up and put orders in cart." I looked around, and there was a handful of employees just standing around. It truly is Zombie Land there. Just today, I needed help in aisle 12 to pick up 125 ft of stainless steel rope, and I waited 10 minutes, and no one showed up. But it's okay that two employees are standing around complaining about management. I truly pray that you all get upper management involved and higher qualified employees. I'm embarrassed for you.
Scott Guthrie 2 months agoUnfortunately I'm having to delete my 5 Star rating and give it a 1 Star rating! Or at least until I get my concerns addressed. On April 19th I ordered a Fire Stick from the returns department as directed by an employee. That young lady was very nice and I left with my printed paperwork. (Note: the signature function didn't work at the kiosk) After several days of checking it arrived April 28th and I picked it up in the afternoon. The lady asked me for ID which I was glad to produce even though I had a printed receipt. The next thing I know she's taken my ID out of my hand and is scanning it in the Home Depot system without my permission. When I said next time "I'll bring my birth certificate, she barked back "it's just your ID sir"! I walked away. In addition to being a difficult and cumbersome purchase, why do I have to scan personal documents on the Home Depot computer to make purchases and what can I do to get it deleted? I'm associated with a small company that manages 110 doors, and while I don't always make their purchase decisions I certainly have influence. Someone please get back to me! RSG
Don Blanco a month agoi went there to buy flowers and sod and waited over 45 min to barely get service and lady in L&G kept calling for help with no response. After I finally got help, I made the purchase and then placed the items on hold for my contractor to come back and pick up 30 min later When he went to pick up, they kept him running around in cirlces for 30 min not even knowing where the pallet of sod I just purchased was. It is a complete cluster mess of operations there and there needs to be some serious re-training and operational execution improvements made. Its worth the drive to lowes rather then deal with that mess!
