Their kids build experience is an absolute A+. The liberty team has such a friendly staff that ensures all kids feel comfortable and have a great time. Best of all, my kids are learning basic skills of building/maintenance. They learn to use tools and critical basic life skills. I recommend this to all friends and family, it's the first Saturday of every month. You can sign up on line. This is a favorite monthly tradition.

I wpuld give this HD 2 stars had it not been for the TWO very helpful team members. Otherwise, there were a lot of employees standing around. Two of them remained my way as I tried to extract 4 ,12'x16" shelves - they didn't offer me the slightest bit of help. Sad! But GREAT kudos to the young man who greeted us when we entered, pointing us to the right isle, and the young woman who walked us (like they USED to do), TWICE, to where we needed to find our desired products.

Do not buy doors from here. We bought two back in June 2025, and March 2026 they still aren’t completed. We’ve talked to the project manager over the door section multiple times, and store manager even. No one has prioritized this. Timeline: Ordered two back patio doors in June 2026. We were told they would come within 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks we called weekly and got a different story every time for why the doors were not at the store. October the doors were in. November doors were put in. The contractor put one in upside down and it wouldn’t close all the way or lock. Trim was removed then put back on after the trim and walls were torn up because the new trim was the wrong size. We brought the trim back to the store and were told the “kid” who put our order in didn’t normally work in that area of the store and was the reason why the trim was messed up. We were told we would get the door fixed or have to wait till Jan for the new one. We were told trim would be fixed as well. Two weeks after a new installer came and figured out the door was upside down. It still doesn’t always lock when closed. No trim was brought. We’ve contacted the store countless times talking to the manager in the door installation area as well as the store manager to get the trim fixed. They’ve sent someone twice without trim who couldn’t do anything and didn’t even measure. March 2026 we still do not have the trim and one of the two doors is poorly installed and not 100% functional. Resorting to posting a 1 star to hopefully get attention and assistance.

Do not buy Cub Cadet here. The store doesnt care and the manufacture is garbage. I bought a brand new ZT1 42, used less than 10 times and the PTO stopped working. Followed cub cadets recommendations for warranty, I've been without a mower for a month with no clear answers and having to pay for a mowing service. The mechanic said its an electrical issue and cant figure it out. Buy another brand that takes better care of customers.

They have great staff all throughout the day and evening. Even the younger employees are kind and helpful. The pro perks alone are worth shopping at Home Depot. From remodeling my house to supplying the warehouse with shelves.
