Drove over and bought a DeWalt chainsaw and the batteries to go with it. When I got home and opened the box, I found the batteries to be very used. Obviously had spent some time in someone's toolbox and even had initials carved into them. The store made it right, but you should be aware and open these types of items before driving 30 miles home.

Home Depot NW Skyview Kansas City Missouri The location exterior had plenty of lights, you feel secure entering , parking and walking inside. More than enough parking and handicap parking. The only exterior and entry concern is the common build up and need for power washing. If it was cleaned this store would be a 5 star. The interior is clean, well organized. Signs quickly show you where your items should be. I quickly found my items. Shelves had plenty of stock Staff was polite and helpful.

I purchased a large amount of bagged mulch for delivery. The delivery crew qas amazing!! Not only where they at my home by 8:30 am they stacked all the bags very nicely as well. Extremely impressed 👏🏼

This home depo has the best family of staff you will ever meat. They work together to ensure you leave this store with what you need. Sometimes you want to buy something there will be someone asking if you want a little advise between brands. That makes a big difference sometimes. I really appreciate and don't find this treatment or treasure anywhere else. Except maybe a place in Maysville MO, an old mom and pop kinda store. They help you get what your doing done. Above and beyond. 🥰

Horrible customer service. Went in looking for a simple quote and was faced with disrespect, like god forbid you do your job. It took 10 minutes to get help and when we did they assumed they would be doing the installation, I had the square footage, just needed a quote.Brett, the flooring supervisor, was very snarky and it was unneeded.
