A wonderful experience and a wonderful store! Every single employee I interacted with was patient, kind, and helpful, allowing me to find the tools I need and giving advice on my current projects. I could not recommend this place more! A special shoutout to Jan (hopefully I wrote her name down correctly) who helped me figure out where to find the things I needed, but every member I came across and interacted with was a blessing. If more places held the same spirit for aid regardless of profit as this place does here, then the world would be a better place. Thank you so much for your time!

Don't buy paint. Don't even go here. I don't recommend this store whatsoever. Their paint department is so bad it's laughable. They let me take the same paint in six times to be corrected without ever offering a discount or refund but then told me over the phone that I could in fact get a refund if I spent even more of my time going back to their store. Only to be told that it was in fact, not refundable. I'm not kidding when I say I didn't get to paint over the one free weekend I had because I was spending five hours of my time waiting on them, and driving back and forth to try and get the correct paint. Mind you, I was not being insanely nit-picky. They gave me a sample with the wrong paint color on it to begin with, so when the paint inevitably came out looking different, they reassured me every single time, and sent me on my way. Even after all of my times back and forth, they never once paid mind to me pointing out that it still looked different. Customer service doesn't care either. Don't waste your time with them, and if you do, especially avoid buying paint from them. I had several helpful employees to start with, but Larry in specific made it very clear that I, one, would not be refunded for my time, and two, was not going to get the paint I wanted. I wasn't even going to be helped further if it weren't for a Behr rep. being there at the paint counter to help me. Below I attached pictures of the differences between the paints they gave me, actually on the wall. Aside from the pink, the middle is the sample and the two under it are what the gave me. Just to give you an idea of the amount of dismissiveness that occurred every time I mentioned it still didn't look right. Expect for them to waste your time and not offer any compensation when they can't make things right. Just for them to shrug at you and say you're SOOL. Which is what happened. I was in no way compensated for my time and patience with them in regard to the sample issue, and still I had to compromise on the paint color in the end. I have a number of reasons to buy things from their hardware store because they are close, but I have no problem going out of my way in order to avoid a business that only cares about meeting store quotas and not about customer service. Lowe's is practically the same distance away and carries a lot of the same things. Along with Sherwin Williams that isn't far from them either. I encourage people still using Home Depot to take their business elsewhere.

I’ve been a loyal Home Depot customer for many years, but my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. Recently, my house was broken into and several expensive items were stolen, including my water heater and other materials. From what I was able to learn, those items were returned to Home Depot. Naturally, I went to the store hoping their staff could help provide any information that might assist in identifying who returned the stolen items. Instead of showing concern or trying to help in any way, the customer service I received was unfriendly and dismissive. I understand there may be policies in place, but the lack of basic empathy or willingness to even guide me on what steps I could take was very frustrating. After doing business with Home Depot for so many years and spending thousands of dollars there, I expected a much higher level of customer care—especially in a situation involving a crime and stolen property. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all. I truly hope Home Depot improves how it treats long-time customers and handles situations where people are simply asking for help.

Don’t waste your time with curbside pickup! After following the instructions for “I’M here” I waited in the designated spot for 15 minutes with no arrival of my order. I left my car and went into the customer service desk and they said they will get the order (which I had gotten an email saying it was ready) after waiting another 15 minutes in the designated spot and no order, I had to go back inside to see what the problem was and get the order fulfilled. This is not a time savings AT all! It would have been easier to just walk in the store and get the items myself, which is what I had to do anyway as the order was just left at the customer service desk.

David, the manager here is the reason that I am here leaving a review. We ended up needing David's assistance today after an associate in the garden section double charged us. Not only did he assist us in getting that corrected. He also helped us in getting some flowers that were going to be get thrown away that we felt we could save. He was super busy but he had no problem at all taking us aside and listening about what was happening and fixing it. If anyone has been to home Depot on a Sunday, you know that everybody is there and every associate is busy. David made us feel like we were the only ones there. He didn't rush us, but he absolutely took care of our issue. He must already be great to be the daytime manager during a Sunday, but I do feel like this review needs to find its way back to him to let him know that he is leaving lasting impressions on the shoppers.
