I can't say enough about this Home Depot location! From the minute I walked in, the staff was so helpful! I had to pick up a water heater for a homebound friend of mine, I had it purchased within 5 minutes with Nacho getting the water heater, putting it on a cart, helping me get to the truck rental area to rent a truck. He loaded it onto the truck for me as well! Ken in the truck rental areas was so efficient and helpful as well! I live on the other side of town and I have to say, the S. Lamb location's staff beats the location by me, hands down! The team lead who rang up the purchase was great too, I wish I remembered her name! And there was another employee who helped Nacho...he was great as well, wish I could remember his name. Thanks Home Depot on S. Lamb, I'll definitely be back. Oh, by the way, the truck rental was such a smooth process, I highly recommend if you need a short term truck rental. Thanks guys!

Store is clean and organized. Associates on the floor are friendly except for the cashiers. They're extremely slow and rude at times and what's the point of having self checkout? If you can't do self checkout on your own. Older cashiers want to scan your items, which take even longer? That's the point of me or others wanting to use self checkout.

This store is my shopping! If I’m looking for something and can’t find it? I can look up everything on my Home Depot App. I just ordered a new Love Seat 59” for my new small apt. I received it in 3 days and it was to be assembled, and I’m 70 yrs old. The FedEx driver brought it in my apartment for me and said it was very easy. I opened the box and found it very easy to read and only had to put the 4 feet on. And the arms slid on very well constructed brackets. The cushions were hidden in the underside with a Velcro removable cover to fasten back for storage. It took me 30 minutes and I glared at my new beautiful Beige roll armed love seat. Home Depot is the only company who could get me a roll armed 5” couch for a great price. Thanks Home Depot you came through from r me as usual. Here’s a photo with my blanket on it to relax on.

There is one young man that works at the home Depot on lamb in Las Vegas Nevada the young man name is Ivan he is very intelligent very respectful he goes above and beyond to help his customers, Ivan you're doing a great job you're a wonderful person continue to be who you are

I had come to this store to do some shopping. I buy a lot of my DeWalt tools from this store and I also needed some supplies for a project I was working on at home. Any how I was looking at the power tools and a rep from Sunrun approached me and my sister and started pitching her she was to nice to say no. I know 100% I have no interest in purchasing solar and I didn't want to waste his time, my time or my sisters time who was to nice to say she wasn't interested. Instead of pitching my sister whole isn't qualified to buy he could go get in front of someone that will buy. Anyhow I had to tell him three times I wasn't interested in purchasing from him. Then he got his feelings hurt and walked away talking shit and possibly cussing as if I owe him my time and attention to listen to his whole speech about how he can save me money on my electric bill. I don't know how one can be so sensitive when in sales as rejection is part of the job. As well regardless he is at work at a place of business and I am a customer choosing to go into that store there is a level of professionalism that one should have when at work.
