Very good store very clean and well organized staff was pretty helpful and surprisingly not too overbearing a little irritating to have to ask for most items to be unlocked to obtain them but not surprised considering the neighborhood I guess.

I had an outstanding experience at the Home Depot located at 4750 South Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, thanks to Sabeth from the plumbing department. I was shopping for a new toolbox and found myself needing assistance, as there was no one else in the department available to help. Sabeth went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect toolbox, and I truly appreciate her dedication. When I noticed some minor scratches on the toolbox, I asked if there was any possibility of a discount. Sabeth immediately took action and managed to secure a discount for me, which I greatly appreciated. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made the shopping experience a pleasure. Having recently moved from Florida, I've noticed that customer service at Home Depot has been hit or miss, but today was a lucky day. Went here for a tiny missing piece for our mirror. The people at front desk (3) of them sent us to hardware aisle 19. Nothing. An associate there sent us to mirror. We asked a guy that worked there and didnt know. He asked another associate named Linda. She knew exactly where to find it. The whole experience was about to be tiring and exhausting but Linda was very professional and found what we needed. Thank you for making it better !

This Home Depot is one of the best in town! Everyone is so friendly, and I was helped right away by a kind gentleman named Adrian. He assisted me immediately and made my experience smooth and easy. Thank you to the entire team for keeping the store clean and for maintaining such a friendly staff and management.

I witness the best security footage patrol while sitting in the Home Depot parking lot security guard Justin Knox up and down each parking lot aisle in the heat in within an hour did multiple patrols on foot of the entire property back and forth multiple times in a not so friendly environment. Great job.
