Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. I needed a tool that they still had in stock but it was on a pallet on a top shelf; they brought the forklift out without hesitation to see if it was there. Shout out to Andy for all the help!

Home Depot is absolutely phenomenal! The customer service is top-notch—staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help. Their selection of plants is outstanding, with healthy, vibrant options that thrive. On top of that, the wait time for assistance and checkout is impressively fast. It’s unbelievable how efficient and pleasant the shopping experience is every time. Highly recommend! 5️⃣🔷

Had a fantastic experience at Home Depot today! Huge shoutout to Andrea for her expert advice and help picking out paint. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect spot for any DIY project! 🛠️🎨

I believe his name was Rick, his name was covered up by other lanyard items - Older gentleman & a 10-year military veteran working the Customer Service desk.🫡 (My paper says sales person: RM57XE, but he needed bypass help so maybe not his direct code) I wanted to give him the biggest & best kudos for going above & beyond to help me with my online order & being so kind through the whole process. He was able to navigate me into additional tax savings that I overlooked as a military member as well. 🙏🏼 He has a sharp memory on details & made my checkout & new card troubles get resolved quickly while being personable with us & chatting through the process. He’s so wonderful & is even a volunteer Santa for non-profit organizations! I’m grateful for your help!~☺️ Happy Holidays everyone! 🎄

Customer service is lacking. Folks have a poor attitude. And when I call for help, no one comes. No one greets you. No one ask if you need help. If you want to know how it should be, visit Lowe’s! Even my wife prefers going to Lowe’s over Home Depot. Wasn’t always like that. Do better Home Depot.
