CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE (ALEXFORNETMEDIA) 2 months agoHome improvement stores are a total necessity, but the experience really comes down to the quality of the representatives you find. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Richard in the electrical department, and he was absolutely unbelievable. I approached him with what I thought was a simple question, almost hesitant to bother him since he was busy restocking with another gentleman (who was also incredibly polite). Instead of a quick answer, Richard took the time to truly educate me. He explained the nuances of replacing an electrical socket and how new technology has made the process much simpler and—most importantly—safer for the average consumer. Dealing with home electricity can be dangerous if handled incorrectly, so his expertise was invaluable. Richard, thank you for your time, your attention, and your professionalism. You are exactly what a Home Depot representative should be. I also want to mention that the entire staff at this location was extremely polite and attentive. Even the gentleman at the exit door directing shoppers through self-checkout was a pleasure to deal with. If you are visiting Store #3306 in Las Vegas, do yourself a favor and go see Richard in electrical. Great job, Home Depot! Alex Fornet Customer Service Issue CustomerServiceIssue.com
D Vegas a month agoHome Depot has great Memorial Day sales! I got this Traeger Pro 22 pellet grill delivered for under $400! I’ve had an old Traeger before and it was great and still working, but I donated it after about 5 years and wanted a new one. Saw this on sale and the size is perfect for a family of 2 (probably 2-4 people is adequate). It has 2 racks: one big one and then a small upper rack. Perfect for steaks, bbq, burgers, and even veggies. Traeger Grills are all electric so no fire - if you see fire, you have a problem. lol There is a pan under the grates that diverts the grease into the side bucket. I purchased some additional liners for the bucket and will line the pan with foil to keep cleanup at a minimum. Has options for sensors to be connected to the machine. Easy to use dial and the pellet box is large and will automatically feed pellets as it cooks. Does not include any pellets, so make sure to get a bag. I’ve tried all different flavors of pellets and most recently got a variety bag, so looking forward to grilling. Very simple to use as I am not mechanically inclined. I used the old one multiple times with no issue. Almost as easy as cooking on the stovetop at home. The grill is small enough where it fits easily even in small spots and I actually put this one in my enclosed courtyard because there is shade and very little wind. Just plugs into a standard outlet and starts up. Can smoke or use electric heat. I also purchased a grill cover separately to keep dust and debris out of it. I would highly recommend for someone who has small space or would like to try a smoker grill without the huge investment.
2 OF JUAN a month agoThe Home Depot has a steady, purposeful energy the moment you step inside. The air carries that familiar mix of lumber, fresh paint, and new tools, and it sets the tone for a place built around getting things done. The aisles stretch long and straight, each one packed with materials that make you feel like any project is possible if you just pick the right pieces. The layout is clear and direct. Lumber and building supplies on one side, tools and hardware down the center, lighting and home fixtures toward the back. You can move through the store with a sense of direction even if you only came in for one item. It is the kind of place where you find yourself pausing to look at something you did not plan on, simply because the selection is wide and well organized. The staff brings a lot of value to the experience. They know their departments, they answer questions with confidence, and they guide you toward the right materials without making things complicated. Whether it is a quick fix or a full project, they help you figure out what will actually work. What stands out most is the reliability. The shelves stay stocked, the store stays clean, and the checkout lines move faster than you expect for a place with so many large items. It feels like a store built for people who want to make progress, whether they are professionals or just tackling something around the house. The Home Depot is practical, dependable, and full of possibilities. It is the kind of place that makes you feel ready to take on whatever project comes next.
Rated & Reviewed a year agoI recently visited Home Depot and was impressed with the overall shopping experience. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I needed. One of the standout features is how well-stocked the shelves are. No matter what project I’m working on, Home Depot always has the tools and materials available, which saves me time and prevents multiple trips. However, one minor issue I encountered was the frequent interruptions from employees trying to sell me additional services like air conditioning maintenance or solar panel installations. While I understand that these services can be beneficial for some customers, it can get a bit frustrating when you’re focused on shopping for your home improvement needs and are constantly approached. It felt a little pushy and took away from the otherwise smooth shopping experience. Overall, Home Depot remains a reliable and well-maintained store for all your home improvement needs, and I’ll definitely be back. Just be prepared for a few extra sales pitches along the way.
Rick 5 months agoOn January 27, 2026 I want to thank Assistant Store Manager Kit as she went out of her way on her busy schedule to help me prepare a large order to be delivered so I can keep my projects moving forward for my customers. Kit was overloaded with phone calls and micro managed her time during the calls and still took time on the computer to help me get things set up ordered and set up for a quick delivery. I want to acknowledge Kit and her professionalism to go out of her way to make sure I was appreciated as a valued customer over 25 years shopping at Home Depot.
