Rented a stump grinder from the Pecos Home Depot location and was completely unusable. Blade was so dull it would not cut, it rubbed so much it turned the stump black. I returned that machine and got another that the employee said was good. Got it home and basically did the same thing. The second grinder also would only run for a second and then the blade would completely stop. I pulled the belt cover off to check belt tension just to find out the belt is loose, completely dry rotted and missing chunks. Again completely unsusable. I returned that machine and asked for a refund. I was told I could not get a full refund but they would give me half back. So I wasted 4 hours, 3 trips 25 minutes away and cost me $80 because the rental employees don’t check the machines. I recommend going to an actual equipment rental company.

Our cashier Laurie was such a big help at the self checkout. She went above and beyond to run a price check for us, thank you Laurie! I absolutely love this home depot, it's the best!!!

Changed from 2 starts to 1 star. Whatever you do do DONT come off you need to get in and out in 20 min. After asking for assistance in lumber no help after 21 min. I climbed the shelf and got it myself. Then.at 29 min still no help in lumber /cutting. Ending up calling the store while STILL inside. Took 7 min for them to answer. No call for help over the intercom yet. Its been another 4 min and I STILL haven't curbside pickup!! Horrible.

Incompetent and indifferent employees work here, barely. I’ve been coming here since it’s closest to home but boy I could tell they hate working. Today, I drove all the way to dispose of my Amerigas tanks according to the website’s advice. The staffs were clueless if I could dispose of my propane tanks and the manager just downright rejected me. I quoted Amerigas website and asked how would that be different than exchanging the tanks. “I just don’t take new ones back.” I just hate it when people would rather send customers away than to work more and use their common sense. No wonder why bricks and mortars are dying. Finally met a knowledgeable guy in the parking lot who simply told me to leave the tanks next to Amerigas booth and said “You talked to the wrong guy.” Apparently, those wrong guys should be fired and this guy should be the manager instead. The other day, I placed an online order for over an hour and came 30 minutes before store close to pick up. No one cared to pick up my stuff and encouraged me to pick them up myself because obviously they didn’t want to work in the last 30 minutes. What such lazy people.

WOW! When I say I've never had this quality of customer service before, I mean it! I was immediately greeted by Martin who was incredibly helpful in returning some items, ensuring it was a seemless transaction. He also helped me purchase some items online which was heaven sent as im not too tech-savy. Thank you Martin, what a star !!!
