I recently visited the Home Depot at 7015 Arroyo Crossing Parkway in Las Vegas for some remodeling supplies, and I just had to share my experience! I was fortunate enough to meet Ralph in the plumbing department. At 83 years young, he exudes enthusiasm and is incredibly knowledgeable. His engaging spirit and dedication to customer satisfaction made my visit truly memorable. Ralph is the gold standard for customer service, and I believe he deserves recognition from management for his outstanding work. Because of him, I will continue to return to this store. Stefon at the Arroyo Crossing Home Depot was Awesome and super helpful! His customer service was top notch and that's something you don't see much anymore. He was very patient and willing to help no matter how long it took. I had an issue with the refrigerator I ordered not fitting so he made sure to help me find the right refrigerator that I needed. He made the overwhelming stressful process so much easier. Grant in the appliance department was also very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Stefon, Grant and the others on the team at Arroyo Crossing Home Depot. You can tell the Management there is awesome and that they have a pretty amazing team! Thank you!

Stand alone store. Parking lot is not shared with other retail stores results in less traffic congestion. West side for lumber the East side is for Gardening with entry/exits makes for easier access, the Main entrance separates them. Parking lot can be accessed from Bandura (backside of the store).

I went out of my way to this location because my electrician sent me on a rush mission for a specific swag lamp kit that the website said was in stock at this location. When I arrived I couldn't find it and one woman helped me look up the sku and call around. I couldn't see her name to include it here. While waiting associate KEVIN came and did the same but called a different location. So they were both calling for me and found one in stock in a damaged box. That location held it for me at customer service to save time. Since it was an inconvenience they gave me a discount. These associates turned a bad trip into a good one. Thank you to them so I wanted to shout them out. Thank you Kevin and team!
