My husband and I recently visited the Lumber Department at Home Depot and had the pleasure of working with Jason. We were tackling a DIY project I found on Instagram and needed assistance cutting MDF boards. Jason went completely above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and genuinely friendly. Not only did he help us quickly, but he also made sure everything was cut accurately and took the time to answer our questions with patience and expertise. It’s rare to come across someone who provides this level of customer service today. We were so appreciative that we even attempted to tip him, but he kindly explained he was unable to accept it. Home Depot is very fortunate to have an employee like Jason representing the company. Please recognize his outstanding work because employees like him truly make a difference. Give this man a raise!

In this store, I always find everything I need to fix up my house or for woodworking projects. I always find people with a good attitude who are willing to help. They have very kind employees.

Another great visit at this Home Depot location. Was looking to buy some Milwaukee tools and Karl helped me out. He was very friendly and also told me about a Milwaukee sale going on which got me another tool for free due to the promotion! When I checked out, Marlene was very friendly, helpful, and engaging offering me a water and getting me interested in signing up for the Home Depot rewards which after thinking about, I will be back to sign up for due to how often I visit this location. Great location and awesome interactions as always.

I called this evening to make sure that a person would be there to rekey my lock. I was informed of the guy's name and he they stated he was at lunch. I go into the store and ask for that guy and I told him that I needed to get this lock rekeyed he said he couldn't do it that they don't do that there that I would have to have purchased a lock from the store. Mind you a few months ago and assistant/manager helped me to rekey my lock and I actually think the guy that I was speaking with tonight was a guy that he taught. The store needs to all get on the same page do you rekey a key for $5 or do you have to purchase a rekey which I don't know why you purchase a lock and have to rekey. Very upsetting and it really didn't seem to bother that guy either all he said was well then we're going to have to talk to the person that told you that.
