Andrea Ramsey 4 weeks agoWe needed a new electric generator and I ordered one from a different company. However, four days after ordering, I received a notification that the order was delayed for delivery literally on the day it was scheduled to arrive. It was very disappointing to call the company and hear that the item had not even been shipped. My husband and I checked the Home Depot’s website and found the exact same generator for seventy dollars more. We called the Home Depot store in Centennial and talked to Logan. Logan was very professional and courteous. He checked for our item and said it was possible to visit the store for purchase. We needed the generator badly so we drove over and arrived thirty minutes before the store was scheduled to close. Logan and his team were able to locate a generator in stock at the store and bring it to us for purchase. And Logan was also able to price match the cost of the generator with the other company’s cost. This was some of the best customer service I have ever seen. We are very happy with our experience!
juan torres 10 months agoIt's normal in this store 1. They don't have enough specific shopping carts, they are always inside the store busy with merchandise (You can see in the pictures). 2. I waited 20 minutes for them to come help me cut 1 blind because that day the only person who knew how to use the machine was the same one who used the forklift, (they should give that guy a raise) and he worked in 2 areas Tile and Blinds, in the end he didn't help me because they asked me to wait 20 more minutes, (as if my time isn't worth enough to waste it like that). I don't know what the store manager does, how he organizes his workers, there are always at least 2 for each area, what's the point of having someone in blinds if he doesn't know how to use the cutting machine. Many workers are very good and helpful but some times you have to wait a lot for his help even if they are available.
Al M 5 months agoI should've checked the reviews before buying anything here, especially if you're spending a good amount of money and want them to deliver it. They said they'd communicate with me about the date and time, which they never did. Since they didn't coordinate anything, it was really hard for me to coordinate their delivery time with my work schedule because they didn't let me know ahead of time. Seriously, go to Best Buy or Lowe's; you'll have a much better experience which I did have a good experience before.
William a month agoI had a disappointing experience at this Home Depot location. At customer service, the employee immediately asked me, “Do you speak English?” and then spoke to me in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I am a U.S. citizen, but even if I were not, all customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. Because of how I was treated, I no longer feel comfortable purchasing from or returning to this specific store. I hope management takes customer service concerns seriously and addresses this type of behavior.
