Visited on 2-16-26.. let me juat say that, sometimes it is insane when you dont want to shop at your local stores because service sucks.. I live in south irving and visited that location one time looking for a toolbox.. no help and once we got help we got a " whats on the floor is all we have" .. then on 2-15-26 visited the north irving location, see that review.. Went to purchase a toolbox and informed them that I would like it still in the boxes for easier transportation. They had it in stock and didnt hesitate to pull it from its over head location.. easy load up on my lowered truck and easy removal when I put the casters on and when I put on the top chest.. THANKS TO ALL THAT HELPED

Even though I didn't get great help yesterday when I went and a couple of employees sent me to the wrong aisles, I still found what I needed. I went back today for a return and was helped by Nesha! She was fantastic. I told I had trouble the day before and needed someone to actually help me. She finished my return, petted my dog and called Leo over and told him that I needed help. Thank you, Nesha! Leo took me to the correct aisle, understood exactly what I needed, went to the measuring bar and measured to make sure he was helping me get the correct size. He was patient and did a fantastic job and I truly appreciate that. Thank you, Leo! When I turned to leave the aisle a young employee came up and started petting my dog, Tornado. Tornado loved that. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He's a young black man with 3 cats at home... Thank you, cat man! I usually only shop at Home Depot because I know the layout and I can bring Tornado in with me instead of leaving her in the car which is a great thing.

If you need help in the paint department, visiting Stacey on a weeknight is the BEST decision you will ever make! I brought photos of all my projects and he walked me through every product and offered many tips for success. Incredible service!!

I will never order anything from Home Depot ever again. Altho more expensive, I chose HD over Amazon because I thought they are better and more trustworthy. I ordered barn doors and after about a week I received confirmation text for the delivery. The only thing delivered was partial hardware in the broken box that was taped over it. When I called I was assured that there is another delivery arriving by the end of day. No delivery!!! Next day I called back and my order number was no longer active. The issue was escalated and I had to wait for call back within 24-48hrs. No call. When I called back again there was no resolution yet and the supervisor Hailey from resolution center was only offering resolution that works best for them but 0 help to me as a customer. It will take at least another week before I hopefully get my money back. I have construction that it needs to be finished and this delay will cost me extra money. NEVER AGAIN FROM HOME DEPOT!

I needed stuff all over the store, and 2 employees here made my day. Jae took me from one end of the store to the other seeking those items. Then Naenae at the register sorted out all Qs I still had and was moving fast checking the line. We had a great time - at Home Depot! Who knew
