Wow! Just had the most incredible help at Home Depot! My husband, son & parents sent me to HD with their lists. MICHAEL (“BOWTIE”)met me at the door & helped me get the automated wheelchair thing (painful foot surgery) & proceeded to walk me to the light bulb section & got me all the lightbulbs I needed. Then he walked me to the Milwaukee replacement blades & picked out the exact one I needed! I then went on to the molding section of the store & DEE offered to help me & got me the exact moldings I needed. She told me the exact aisle I needed for my next item on the list in painting. I then was ready to check out & NOOR & Ulysses (& another girl that I didn’t catch her name, but who was also so helpful & sweet!) checked me out via the self-check out….which was crazy, since I was using 2 different credit cards (my parents & mine). Then Ulysses walked me to my car & loaded everything up for me & took the cart back!! This is the best my foot has felt all day! Thank you Home Depot & thank you Michael “Bowtie”, Dee, Noor, Ulysses & other sweet girl!! Y’all have made my day!!

I had a great experience at Home Depot recently. The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff were extremely friendly and approachable, which made the entire shopping experience pleasant. What really stood out was how the employees went over and beyond to help me find the items I needed. Instead of just pointing me in the right direction, they actually walked me to the aisles, helped locate the exact products, and made sure I had everything necessary for my project. Their knowledge of the store and willingness to assist made things quick and easy. It’s always refreshing to shop somewhere where the staff genuinely seem to care about helping customers. Because of the excellent customer service and the friendliness of the team, I’ll definitely continue coming back to this Home Depot for future projects. Highly recommended! 👍

This location is consistently a positive experience for a variety of home and business questions and purchases. Zaria - the employee at purchase pickup - and the woman when I entered the store (I didn’t catch her name) particularly stood out today with their focused, speedy, and upbeat service. On other recent purchases, the employees at the garden center thoughtfully communicated where I could park my car for heavier items; garden center and main store employees asked if I have questions or need help locating an item without pestering or selling to me.

Took 35mins Sunday morning to rent a carpet cleaner. Only 1 person ahead of me in line. After 5mins of working, it quit vacuuming. Spent an hour troubleshooting. Came back to return it at 7:45pm. Store was closed. Website and Google both state 8pm as the closing time. Would’ve been faster to wash the rug by hand than waste 4 hours with this.
