Dulce was extremely helpful. She was patient and courteous when my elderly husband and I were looking for a filter for our furnace. She found exactly what we needed and escorted us to the cashier, making sure that the cashier took special care of us . If only all store employees were as special as she is. She is a great asset to the store and to the company. Thank you, Dulce. By the way , there was no customer survey on our receipt. I hope this review serves the purpose.

I have to give Home Depot a five stars. customer service is excellent. They will bend over backwards to try to help you at the store, especially a young lady named Veronica. She was very helpful and very nice and she helped me resolve my issues with my extended warranty. She made me a various satisfied customer when I left the store. Veronica and Home Depot. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Store , shelves are stocked , staff is excellent. Lali from the Pro Desk is always available for all our business needs. Store Manager Dulce is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our items are in stock or delivered to job site. When deadlines mean $ we appreciate the team we have at 0564!

I stopped into Home Depot tonight for a quick item and witnessed something that really bothered me. A Hispanic family was clearly trying to ask for help, and multiple employees walked past them without acknowledging them or offering assistance. I speak a little Spanish and was able to help them find what they needed in just a few minutes, which made it even more disappointing that no associate stepped in. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and supported in a store, regardless of the language they speak. I hope management can use this feedback as an opportunity to reinforce better customer service and inclusivity. No one should feel ignored when they are simply trying to get help.
