I had an excellent experience at Home Depot Store #0598 thanks to Johnny M. Johnny was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had several questions about the right products and equipment for a project, and he took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. He knew the products well, gave practical advice, and helped me feel confident about what I was buying. On top of that, he was kind, professional, and very easy to talk to. Great customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Johnny M., for going above and beyond!

This store manger should not be one. I well never shop Home Depot aging I mean I agreed to hold my dog’s leash after trying to explain to this manager, the leash law for a service animal and She didn’t wanna hear she said you’re gonna do that and then she called the security guard over and pretty much had him tell me as well and he rasied his eyebrows at me and leaned over and put his hands on his gun and not one time did ither one aske me to leave the store so that was a power trip way too aggressive. For a dog leash And at no time was my service dog out of control not at all . And if it meant that much to her then why not just ask me to leave the store? No she had it in her to camand me to do this not ask me. Hispaincs Do not ever shop this store that store manger is no good.she would not let me explain.

I just want to say thank you to the assistant manager "SINJIN" who was very kind in helping me he went above and beyond to help me and for that im truly grateful. He was a true blessing for all his help and I just wanted to let corporate and higher management know that this store couldn't be in better hands and his kindness is didn't want to go unnoticed because I'm having a really hard time right now but because of the assistant manager "SINJIN" it made a difference and he didn't have to help but he did and I am truly and sincerely grateful for his help. ⸻ I had a great experience at The Home Depot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by three employees, which immediately set the tone. Mary stood out in particular—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I found exactly what I needed without any hassle. It’s not every day you get that level of customer service, especially right at the door. The team was welcoming, professional, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Had a great interaction with two employees, Kerron and Fabian. I had an issue that another store and the online support couldn't solve, and they greeted me kindly and warmly and solved my problem very quickly. It was really refreshing to deal with such kind and friendly customer service, and I really appreciated their prompt service and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back to this store more often because of them!
