Just wanted to share my experience at this location, I met a nice lady named Maria Balderas. She helped me apply for a Home Depot Credit card, and I got approved on the spot. She very helpful, and knowledgeable. I'd recommend her to anyone needing assistance in the appliance section of the store! Good Job Maria!!

It’s been twice of having to refund items that I did not need for a project. Nothing opened and receipt in hand. Your return person (Jamilett) has been horrible both times. When I purchased the items I paid with tap in which some of my cards have a virtual card number and an actual debit card number. Instead of the money going back to the original card like Walmart and Lowe’s does, she makes me search around trying different cards to see if it’s the right one when I’m knowing I paid with tap and it could have been any of my cards. So she says she can only give a store credit since I don’t know which card. But after telling her I won't be back due to the hassle received when returning items, she says okay well I can go ahead and give you cash. She has done this same thing before with me and her attitude isn’t very pleasant either. I will be making the extra few minutes drive over to Lowe’s where they have a hassle free return policy and the person at the desk is more welcoming. Also the girls that work in your garden center have terrible attitudes as well. I don’t know if they don’t want to be out there because it’s hot or what but they shouldn’t have accepted the job if they don’t want to work at their assigned post.

I had a really great experience at the Home Depot self-checkout. Michelle was working in that area and stood out right away she was friendly, attentive, and very engaging. She checked in at the right times, made sure everything was going smoothly, and was quick to offer help without being asked. Her positive attitude made the whole checkout process easy and pleasant. It’s always nice to see someone take pride in their customer service like that. I would definitely come back because of the experience she provided.

The staff at Home Depot are truly exceptional. Their dedication and professionalism are evident in every interaction. The knowledgeable and friendly employees always go above and beyond to assist customers. The team's commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Sesaka was super friendly when we went to go rent a carpet cleaner. She explained everything thoroughly and was so helpful. I always get so nervous when going to hardware stores as a woman but she was a breath of fresh air!
