I purchased a Bosch dishwasher that was first delivered damaged. Once a working version was delivered a week later, I was told that it would not fit even though the dimensions were the exact same as my existing LG dishwasher. The problem lies in the fact that once we realized the fitting error, the delivery personnel refused to reconnect my existing dishwasher and left it in the middle of my kitchen. This is apparently their policy. Customer Service is working on a refund that will take 7 days. But it’s Saturday and I now have no working dishwasher and I have to pay a repairman to come reconnect my dishwasher. The net effect of choosing Home Depot is that I’m loaning them $2200 for three weeks so that they can come to my house and disconnected my dishwasher. Then I get to pay someone else to come reconnect it. This is not right.

This home Depot sucks nobody wants to work. I have been waiting for somebody to show up to help me cut some blinds almost 30 minutes. I went to the customer service 3 times and caught someone walking by to ask for help and I'm still here 45 minutes later. Home Depot needs to do better! Not one soul around that can help with anything. I just got finished standing at the paint desk for 20 minutes waiting for help too. Basically wasting at least 2 hours waiting... I'm still here waiting.

Months ago, I had some problems with a particular Home Depot contractor due to the incorrect and inconsistent quote. The contractor kept giving me hard time. And I also talk to Home Depot about the situation. Got some help but still no results. Until Angel Salasar came into, just one simple phone call, all the troubles resolved within two hours. I appreciate Angel Salasar so much. Angel, just like the name, knows how to work things right and is a very valuable asset for this Home Depot store. angel_salasar

Zero customer service skills at this location. I had a particularly frustrating experience at the customer service desk—the staff there showed absolutely no interest in being helpful or professional. It’s disappointing to deal with such a complete lack of basic service. I’d recommend going elsewhere if you need any kind of assistance

This is specifically for Saturday May 23 between 2 and 3pm. I had a pickup order. 15 bags of garden soil. I did it curbside on the app. Well i get there and it says my order is already picked. How? If it requests an Id at pickup. Well I go to customer service. The young man working was extremely nice. He confirmed someone had given the order away. I’m still baffled. how? The order requires an ID for pickup. Well we got it squared away so 5 stars to the young man who fixed it. However the two older white men who were working that section are horrible. They cohort racism towards the two young black men who were helping me was loud and disturbing. Im sure they have something to do with my order being given away to someone else. Home Depot needs to look into the treatment of their employees and they also need to come up with a system to ensure the right order is going to the right person. Such as take a photo of the ID at the time of order pickup.
