I was sitting in the car waiting for my mom and son to do some shopping when a young man named Alexis who was collecting shopping carts said hello and commented on how nice the weather was today. He seemed to have a really great attitude and positivity that I appreciated. I am glad that my mom has a Home Depot where I feel if she were alone and needed help, someone like Alexis would be available to help her. Thanks Eastside Home Depot for great service!

Debbie helped me locate unique lightbulbs I needed and introduced me to the lady in appliances. This is some of the best service I’ve received at any store in an entire year. Kudos to her taking pride in her work and willingness to help.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Do NOT buy anything from Home Depot that requires delivery through their third-party delivery company. If the item is large or heavy, they will show up and leave within minutes without actually attempting the delivery. I waited over a week and a half for a vanity and countertop. The delivery company claimed they waited 15 minutes and even put a fake arrival and departure time on the delivery slip. My Ring cameras clearly show that is not true. They were there for only a few minutes before leaving. There is no way they seriously attempted to unload the vanity and countertop. It honestly felt like they never intended to deliver it in the first place. What’s worse is Home Depot does nothing about it and continues to use this company because they offer the lowest delivery prices. Horrible delivery company. Horrible standards. Huge waste of time. Never using Home Depot delivery again.

This is for the Bridge street location. I generally like Home Depot. But I may be singing a different song now. My husband and I are remodeling a client's home. We have spent about 500 dollars so far on supplies. Today, we needed ceiling texture. We spoke 5 people total. 1 person told us an area that seemed logical but was wrong. One person told us the right area but didnt see it and then proceeded to tell my husband it didnt exist and only came in a can. This was a supervisor for the paint section. Where this product is. The other 3 did not know what the product was and couldn't figure out how to find it on their phone. Mind, we both had a picture of the item from the Home depot website-For this stores location-showing they had 17 in stock, one our phones THAT WE WERE SHOWING TO THE EMPLOYEES. Finally, I went to go find a manager. One came (supervisor not store manager, they were gone for the day) then answered his phone before I could finish a sentence. He walked off a few feet to continue the conversation. I had been searching other places to buy it while waiting. When he walked off, I decided that this store does not want my money. I was leaving and found my husband, who had found the item himself and, despite asking for help, had to move and climb a ladder to get it. I told him to put it down. Because. ...Get this. Its is ten freaking dollars cheaper at Lowes. HOMAX 13LB POPCORN CEILING TEXTURE. GOOGLE IT. WE SHOULD ALL GO TO LOWES. They were super friendly when we walked in the door. 5 stars for Lowes

On June 21 2025 at 7:15 AM I ran to the customer service corner in a hurry desperate to find shopping bags for a farmers market. I was a vendor who’d forgotten theirs. The store next door required a membership card. The representatives were so helpful. They gave me Home Depot’s shopping bags since they didn’t sell what I was looking for. They quite literally saved the day!
