Me and my husband been going to this Home Depot for a few years. We have notice New employees come and go. Now we know why. They are highly miss treated by management. Yesterday we walked to get a few items that we needed. Like usual there lack of customer service. But a young lady greeted us while she was stocking a few things on shelfs. She was very friendly offered to help us if we needed anything. We were in shock because we never received good treatment and we are in and out weekly. She stated she was new to the position. We wished her goodluck and told her we looked forward seeing such an positive young lady on our visit. While we continue shopping a few minutes later we heard a male management talking to her unprofessional when she told him she would like to know what to do next. We were very unhappy over hearing this conversation. We know this male manager has been no help in the past and not even sure how he qualifys for the position when clearly he is not a team player and answers employees with such a bad attitude. I feel deeply sorry for the young lady for getting the treatment she did. Please allow your management team know that customers do pay attention. This is how you lose good employees. Please replace all the hateful older ladies there that have not been any help. They could learn from that young lady.

Just had one of the best experiences I have had at Home Depot. Jason M. that works in lumber provided excellent service. He helped us cut our lumber to our measurements. Jeff, that was at the front registers, helped us ring up our merchandise, and John helped us load our lumber and items into our car. Very nice and helpful employees. This is going to be my main Home Depot. I will be going there every time because of the customer service I received.

I went to this home depot to get some mortar and tile to remodel my bathroom. They had everything I needed to get the job done! My 18 year old son dated a 13 year old girl. My bathroom remodel now looks great, very pleased!

Kyle was extremely kind and respectful. He helped us load a very large order and did an amazing job. He definitely deserves a raise! 🥳💸

We would have been able to finally complete our DIY that we have been working on for the last two months. So, we purchased our item online then went to picked it up this morning. However, the customer service representative by the name of “CHERYL” made us aware that we picked the wrong rocks then immediately said that she can charge us for those rocks before suggesting for one of her team members to just simply pull the rocks we did order online. After waiting for over 30 minutes, she said that they only have four bags of rocks that we ordered online then offered a refund. There were so many other options and it seemed as if she did not want to sell us the rocks that we accidentally pick even if we wanted to buy them because her attitude completely stunk. There was no empathy whatsoever. Now, we CANNOT finish because we have to wait a couple of days for the refund. Unreal. She could have offered to see if another location had them. She could have offered the four bags they did have and gave the other six just for waiting. It was just a terrible experience especially after all of the money we spent there. We would suggest another location or even Lowe’s. Just not this location if this is who they have that can not make basic customer service decisions. I would choose ZERO stars, but we’ll be kind.
