What is love about home depot is the employees know where stuff is at. This location has many employees who have been there for several years. The depot is much friendlier for contractors and pros. I love walking into the contractor entrance and seeing 3 cashiers with no one at their registers ready to help...not gonna see that at the Grey and blue stores.

I checked out at Store 529 around 5pm on 18Jan2026 and received untrained and unqualified service at Pro checkout station. The bad and unacceptable service I received came from a young female staff by requesting other customer from other lane to cut off my turn without any excuses or words. And another thing that she didn’t say at least “hi or hello or how are you….” to customer who is older than her and was cut off the line by her request, likes me. I requested to talk to store manager and she showed up after 25 mins since I requested. Not sure reason why, but cutting off the line without an excuse to current customer who is on waiting on lune is unacceptable. Not sure how staff was well trained or under training but welcome word is essential. Not sure if Homedepot asked staff note their name on their jacket or not but i didn’t see and this staff denied to advise her name when being asked. The poor thing is both of staff and manager didn’t advise any apologies after case happened. Not sure who was wrong or whatever issue is, the apologies for inconvenient feelings happened will not prove that Home Depot or customer is wrong, is really needed to improve customer service. Customer always needs to be respected ,equally treated. Not because of their races, regional, religion making different service level . In Homedepot,customer doesn’t need really professional service as in hotel or restaurant or on airplane.However, not only Homedepot or other places ,welcome word is always needed and smiling face is a plus. Yesterday my husband and I were looking for large windows and two sliding doors! We asked the gentleman for help and he was more than eager to help us and inform us about products but he also didn't didnt push anything on us! We found Bill (DollaBill) to be very genuine and made our final purchase very easy! My husband and Mr. Bill both Veterans engaged in a pleasant conversation and laughed a bit together during their conversation! My husband is not one to stand around an make small talk,but Bill was someone that you just couldn't help but like! Bill shook our hands, got us checked out quickly,made plans for our delivery and thanked us for coming in! As a wife I was impressed at the honesty about the products we were choosing and how fast Mr. Bill got us through the process! The pleasure was all ours!! We will go back to make purchases and visit Mr. DollaBill! Also delivery was spot on today!!

This associate dude who always wears a fedora helped me to the max. I showed up with my cart on the operating table and this fool locked in and found some diy type parts. The first set didn’t match so he used his system to search and now he’s grabbing another part. He just got back and he’s checking to see if it fits. Super helpful.

I prefer thos home depot even though its further away from me than the other home depot. Plenty of parking. Their set up in the store is different than some of the other ones ive been to. They seem to be better stocked too. I had to buy a piece of wood and get it cut. I only had to wait like 10 minutes. Earlier I was at a different home depot and I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to find someone, thats why I came here instead. The staff are helpful and quickly found other people to help me if not in their section. If you're just buying a few things I definitely recommend the self checkout. The older lady that does the regular checkout was so painstakingly slow 🐌 , I was half tempted to leave half of my stuff and just go through the self checkout 2 times and I would have still been out faster. The bathrooms are clean as good as you can get an older bathroom clean, its not going to shine, but its clean for what it is, it didnt smell bad or anything like that. Theres always plenty of carts at the front of the store.
