Nikkiah in the garden area absolutely stole my heart today sweetest girl I’ve interacted with there. Was Instantly able to help me didn’t have an issue with stoping her current task to guide me to the correct area needed. MVP personality!!!

I stopped by the Garden department recently and Mckenna was incredibly helpful. She was friendly right away, answered my questions without rushing me, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Even while helping multiple customers, she stayed patient and professional the entire time. Love coming here!

Shoutout to Troy in the “Tool Rental” department at Home Depot on N Freeway. I had a sprinkler that I could not detach from my hose. I tried everything. He said, “No problem.” He took it to the back and I could hear a lot banging and tools hands at work. To no vail without breaking the sprinkler! I told him it was old and going in the trash as soon as it could be detached. His replay, “In that case no problem.” It still quite a bit of work but the sprinkler made its was to the trash and walked out one very grateful customer. I was so impressed with Troy’s customer service and determination to resolve my problem. Again, Thanks Troy!

Highly disappointed with Home Depot. I ordered flooring online on 11/28/25, after 2 delivery delays and multiple calls, the order was escalated and then cancelled. Per HD’s recommendation, I re-ordered the flooring and set it for store pick up since the delivery was obviously not a great option. Fast forward to 1/3/26, I get an email that the floors are ready for pick up, go to the store THE SAME DAY, and the floors cannot be found. Staff asked me to give them until 1/5/26 to find the floors and to expect a call. I ended up having to call the store, waited online a 45 min hold only to be told that the floors were rvp’d which apparently means sent back. The manager on duty advised me to come to the store to pick whatever floors they have and they would adjust the cost. When I get to the store, although some associates were aware of the situation, no one was willing to honor the adjustment and the only solution given was to reorder for the 3rd time after I waited for over 2.5 hours. I would really love for corporate to investigate this issue and make this right for the customer as this has caused many delays on home building and other unnecessary stressors.
